I've got this guitar 1999 one lovely. Put some sp light on but feel so heavy and tension is high I've had to detune a semi tone, might put some super light on, silk/steel?

Wow, I'm currently looking around at Martin acoustics and just stumbled upon your video, and turns out that you're playing the same song I'm currently trying to learn! Bob Dylan's my favorite musician.

I've already been playing electric guitar for about 5 years, but am now picking up acoustic and learning how to fingerpick and whatnot. This is the first fingerpicking song I'm trying to learn, and it's really a toughie for me haha.

I really want one of these, but none of the local guitar shops have one in stock. It's such a gamble to order a guitar I've never actually played. Between a D-16RGT and a 00-15, what would you go with?

If you love that Mahogany tone go with the 00-15 - but if you can wait - seek out an original 0-15 - you can find them for around $1500 and the new models are simply no comparison

It's probably the best Martin you can get in terms of value for money. It's such a versatile guitar and it's also small and compact with the sound and tone you can expect from a larger Martin. If you are looking for a guitar to enjoy playing then this is the one. £880 rrp I believe.

the 000-15 is bigger of the two, but the D-15 is the biggest of the line. the 000-15 is essentially an orchestral size model and the D-15 is the standard dreadnought size. i personally think the D-15 has too overpowering of a bass end on it because of its size combined with the wood type.
