Judge Judy is wrong here and I detect some sexism in her decision. The father has every right to be concerned about a man not known for long taking his daughter to the the toilet etc. It's called being protective of your child. I thought the man was very reasonable and conducted himself politely throughout. If it was the other way around the outcome would have been completely different I guarantee.
Further, I believe her 25-30+ (dont remember the exact number) years in the family court system long before her show serve as a source of ironclad credibility for her integrity as an adjudicator and practitioner of justice.
Judge Sheindlin made a good set of valid points, and if the father has issues with how his child is treated outside of his custody, he has legal means by which to have those issues reviewed and adjudicated on. The system definitely isn't perfect, but it doesn't become a survival situation (acting in emergency) unless there are clear and overt signs of something very wrong.

Judge Sheindlin made a good set of valid points, and if the father has issues with how his child is treated outside of his custody, he has legal means by which to have those issues reviewed and adjudicated on. The system definitely isn't perfect, but it doesn't become a survival situation (acting in emergency) unless there are clear and overt signs of something very wrong.

@Darckcloud73 and don't forgetm this guy bought this same point up during family court and the judge there ignored it. So why is it that judge judy is wrong with ignoring it when the family court judge didn't find any weight to his claims?? This guy needs to get over it and move on.

@MrCarl220 Listen, Judge judy is not a family court judge, what you guys fail to realize is when it comes to a family court issue, she has no authority to even hear those complaint. At this moment she is a small claims judge and can do nothing about that. Everyone is getting all crazy about the issue but she has no authority to do anything about it. Have you guys seen any of her shows where she handles family cases? No, all she handles is small claim issues.

There was more to it, I think, than JJ allowed him to speak on! All I see is a concerned father! @MrCarl220 I have seen many of JJ's videos and shows, I do indeed disagree with many of her remarks and/or statements, but the law is the law, unless he has evidence that the man is doing something inappropriate to the girl there is nothing that can be done, being fair and balanced what about the father sleeping with his gf? Judy, You are totally wrong here. it's his business. She has no right to say it's not his business. If his daughter is not his business then why does he need to pay child support. you have responsibilities when you have a child. To support them and their safety etc...

I`ll tell you what if some stranger was taking my 2yr old daughter to the showers or bathroom you can bet it would be my business and judge judy could kiss my A&& .... thats his daughter ,, his flesh and blood ,, and why did`nt the mother or some other women do it ?? damn it it just makes me mad that this idiot judge cant see that ..... its just wrong !!!!

@Swiftraven007 I definitely agree with you. I usually agree with Judge Judy but in this case, I definitely don't think that she gets it. The mother is in the wrong on that part, and I respect the father for having so much concern for his daughter.
