i feel bad for them! to think they (snsd) can't walk around their hotel in peace makes me feel sad as a fan. i understand the want to see you favourite idol and want to be near them, but i would much rather have them be comfortable and happy than running from place to place in the same building.
I don't watch this and think they're snobby, I watch this and feel sad for them, they look so uncomfortable and unable to relax even in a foreign country which should be like a cool experience for them. They are idols, I would think they would enjoy attention rather than hide from it, lol. I think they probably didn't have makeup on or were wanted to keep low key because of their way casual clothes. Or maybe they just wanted to avoid some awkward English conversation with a fan, hahaha.

before you meet them in person you shouldnt judge them just coz they didnt give the autograph in this vid, many fans there got taeyeon and sunny's autograph check their international forums
even some of them talked to taeyeon and she's so nice, like everyone said you just have to get them in the RIGHT moment, they cant just give away autograph just like that
