  • it takes a lot of core strength but i know it must b really relaxing

  • Try it. Bikram yoga is hardly relaxing. You feel great once you're done and managed not to punch an instructor in the face.

  • I was a Bikram nut too. Did the thirty day challenge once and it was amazing! Am starting Ashtanga next week!! Yoga rocks.

  • I did the 30 day challenge for 17 days- and the Yoga place burns down. I lost 19lbs in those 17 days and gained it back in a couple weeks. Back in 2007

  • lol girl i got a bad crap when i did these a while ago im sure its because i didnt stretch. i bought these pills xi ziu faceand beauty capsules? im eating about a 1000 calories a day; drinking plentyof water; i do the elliptical for 1 hr and still didnt lose as much as you:(.....im stuck at 165 trying to get out of the 160s:( sigh
