@Kolkraqr9 What I said sounded harsh. I do want you to know how much I enjoyed this clip. Very close to what my memories of that day are like. Thanks so much for posting it :)
Great video, even tho I am from Saint Clair,I was 20 years old back then, just think, those kids are now in their 50s,Holy Crap.Good to see that old Belecanechs sign too, miss their subs
@harporocks The shorter but longer haired blonde guy. I just invited them to the afterparty and threw in a couple of lines. My mouth was always running ;)
awesome, was there with timmy coyle we were all down at fran lingeries across from reagers on deleware ave.still have scar on my elbow from falling down the bank behind train station coming off teaberryhill running to the parade. we were 13 best summer ever.
Dang I remember that summer when the freedom train came through the town I lived in. I was only 9 years old then. I would have never dreamed that I would see on the hot babes from thirty years earlier. Thanks dude thumbs up!!!!! Seriously though things were definately different then even when a stupid 9 year old could see it!!!
Again your posting was so enjoyable to view. I forgotten just how much joy and fun America was back then. Just seeing all the smiles and happy faces. We had it made. Made in China - Waz That?
Fun times the 70s. Not the nanny or police state we have today. How nice it was to get to the airport only 30 min. early, and have your friends or family go to the gate with you. Thanks for the memories.
Well some things have changed. Sunbury St. store fronts are vacant and way too much riff raff has moved into town. It's the way of the world in smalltown America. Especially here in the coal region. Long Live the 70s!
I live the Bicentennial every day of my life man! I don't care about this stupid technology-warped world we live in, for me it's still 1975! I dress, eat , sleep, and party like it's the 70s! If anyone wants to take part in my 8-track flashback, feel free to contact me on this forum! You all dig?!
I remember that day like it was yesterday......somewhat ;)
As you can see we weren't in the parade (other than Alan's impromptu performances) for we were just the sideshow or should I say the freakshow to some! Good times....great people!
Small suggestion: change the soundtrack. It's very distracting.

Your info says you are 36. So if you were born in 1973 I really don't know what part of the 70s you remember???
Kolkraqr9 2 years ago
I'm old enough. The 80s were light years better.
JustZod 2 years ago
Nice video, but the best decade is the 80s.
JustZod 2 years ago
Not if you were old enough to appreciate the 70s !
