@Rayle47 That's what might be called 5 ball split multiplex, though done pretty poorly in this video. You throw 2 balls with each throw, one to the other hand and the other to the same hand that threw it. Alternating hands.

I can do most of that! I'm still learning most of the four ball tricks, and I'm working on five balls. I've just mastered mills mess with clubs, the Mills themselves are teaching mills mess with four balls. You guys did great. ^-^ I'm curious about the Boston mess though, I've never seen that before. thanks! We appreciate the encouragement. The idea behind "3-ball cascade 3-up 180" is that we started from 3 ball cascade, and 3-up is just juggling slang for 3 ball flash. I prefer to say 3-up instead of flash because non-jugglers can understand it.

Those were pretty hard tricks for us at that point. We were concentrating pretty hard to pull them off. That may have contributed to the "cold" feeling.

I`ve just learned 3 ball cascade, what trick should I try and learn?

I would suggest learning half shower. It is not in this video, but is similar to juggler's tennis at 0:44.

From cascade, throw one ball to the "outside," but still crossing (like tennis). Just try one outside, then return to cascade. Eventually, you can try to throw two outside from the same hand, then three, four, etc.

Half shower itself is throwing all the throws from your dominant hand outside, with all from the other hand inside, making it look like two arcs, one higher than the other.

That's a good one to learn. Really useful and fun. Focus alot on the pass between hands at the bottom. That is the hardest part.

the shower tec at 20 is very very bad! It is impossibel to learn a decent 4 ball shower that way... Change it now. The left hand should throw it down in your right(not up)

I can do the cross arm tricks - I tought myself them and found them easier than mills mess and others - but I usually mess up in my left hand since I got used to relying on my right hand so I was just wonderin whether there are any ways to get used to your left hand more or is it just best to keep practising? How long have you been juggling for?

It's good to practice 2-in-one-hand in your left hand to help it catch up. Other than that, just try not to favor your right hand when you practice. That is, practice equally with each hand, however annoying it is. And when I made this video I had been juggling for 1 1/2 years.

right at the top with pandemonium, it's much cooler if your arms go more in a circular and like.. flopping over each other. it's hard to describe, but you'd be throwing the arcing ball with your palm facing down when you do it right. but you both can do other tricks i can't do so whatev :)
