Well HIM used to be a melancholic goth band from 1996 until 1999.But they were attracting too many satanists as fans,and they didnt want to participate in that,so they changed theyre style.and its pretty gay that metallica fans are booing HIM.ive seen HIM songs that are heavier than metallica songs.
Don't know what were they doing there. I like them, but they aren't metal. The new album is trying to be metal, but I think it pretty much sucks. Their early works are much better, but not "compatibile" with this kind of crowd or even open air gigs like that. Let them play their songs in smaller venues filled with screaming girls.

Don't know what were they doing there. I like them, but they aren't metal. The new album is trying to be metal, but I think it pretty much sucks. Their early works are much better, but not "compatibile" with this kind of crowd or even open air gigs like that. Let them play their songs in smaller venues filled with screaming girls.
