I have trained in gyms for about 3 years, i didn't take gym classes but some gymnasts helped me in some mooves. Also i have trained in circus school (a year or so) with some skileld guys who helped me.
all moves were sick man n do you think you will be trying them outside of the gym n take a look at my vid !peace!
