Absolutely. Jubei will be the ultimate DLC, the trump card of blazblue creators. That one-eyed vat dude is the "strongest on alive", an enemy so strong non of the blazblue cast dared to challenge, an entity with the Noc Nyctores meant to cut "things that can't be cut". Everybody wants to know just how badass he is. Release him as DLC for blazblue 3, and their pockets will be full in no time

IMO,Ragna in the last game will be waaay strongest Jubei.After all,he IS bloodedge,and bloodedge was boss.The bastard holded the black beast alone during one year,while the six heroes had one hell of a hard time to kill the damn thing.

Ragna, I believe, still has a long way to go to be as strong as bloodedge. But I have to agree with you, bloodedge was a huge f*king boss. 6 heroes+6 Nox nycrotes+human race+magus+armagus could barely kill the Beast, while bloodedge, without the azure, fought on par with it for a whole year. And he died taking an attack for jubei, which means that he could have fought even longer. Jubei is the strongest NOW, because ragna is not yet bloodedge-level, and hakumen is only 20%

@drjuste Its a new disk, so yes you will have to pay. They are adding more story scenarios along with all of calamity triggers story. Not to mention 2 whole new game modes. And then of course Relius is a new character.
