  • @Damselfly17 Tony has policies, check the liberals website, All there for you to see.

Don't believe Labor spin otherwise you'll look like a buffoon.

Abbott has also said yes to 87% of Labor's legislation more than the labor opposition when Howard was in charge.

Have you seen Julia in question time, she basically wails and screams at the opposition all day.

  • @FiveDkp i dont like gillard any more than abbott, they r both crap if you ask me, our whole parliment just needs to be swept clean, completley new MPs on both sides.....

  • @Damselfly17 i agree with you matey i think its time to get rid of julialiar and tony wabbott i reackon both partys will ditch both of them before ahead of the next fed election

  • Comment removed

  • One other note. Never underestimate fools, they will bring you down to their level and beat you on experience every time..........the ALP are the biggest fools, beware!!!

  • The ALP have squandered BILLIONS, they have blood on there hands with refugees and pink batts, we are in debt now and they expect intelligent people to let them handle the billions that a carbon tax will raise. This is most embarrassing for Australia and I look forward to there demise which is inevitable based on performance.

  • @mrgrogfather lol good english

  • HAHAHAHA Like that one Libtards? Maybe you should block comments like last time!

  • Personally I've had enough of the major party's BS... Especially the Libtards!

    Vote GREEN for CHANGE

  • @motleycruesader

    Vote Katter's Australian Party.

The Extreme Greens want to ban 4wd's, ban all guns, ban all access to national parks and state forests, ban bullbars, stop recreational fishing, camping, hiking, horse riding and all the other things that REAL australians do on the weekend. If you want to see all australian mining, manufacturing and jobs destroyed, then vote for the extreme greens. Greens want to destroy agriculture too. Import all food. Greens are unaustralian mate !!!!

  • @ihaveairlockers "Greens want to destroy agriculture too. Import all food" what a load of crap, the greens are just as left-wing as katter in regards to food importation and global trade. you both would love to shut down our economy and have a little secluded protectionist state, driving up the cost for EVERYONE else. you might think you're protecting jobs but in reality you're hurting our economy by driving up costs and slowing economic growth.

  • @AussiePolitics

Thank you for your comment :o)

  • @ihaveairlockers Do you have any evidence for your ridiculous claims whatsoever?

Maybe a statement from an actual Greens MP? A link to the policies section of their website? Then I wont dismiss this as a rant from a selfish baby boomer

  • @ohyeahhoneysheband

Please check out the official web page for the Australian Greens. It's all there. You can read it yourself.

Anyway, there is no need to worry, the extreme greens and their utopian left wing buddies they control will be wiped out at the next federal election.

You want a statement from a greens MP ?? ok, how's this one from President Brown "Australian's in the main want a carbon tax, and value it".

That's how deluded he and his followers are. Vote KAP to save Australia.

  • @ihaveairlockers Australia doesnt need saving, it's the best country in the world. And the greens havent adopted half of the policies you've listed. Import all food? Ban camping? YOU'RE ridiculous, not these imaginary policies. Again I ask, a credible link to any of your claims?

Honestly it's as stupid as saying the Liberals want to bring back the death penalty for crack addicts.

  • @ohyeahhoneysheband

I am well aware of the UN Human Development Index. Norway and Australia are the 2 best countries again.

Bob Brown said on the carbon tax "Australians in main want this tax and value it".

    That's a direct lie.

Anyway, what labor people are telling me is that they are supporting the Katter's Australian Party.

And the KAP has alot of union support and funding !

As for the Greens, they are extremist. They want to ban anything that's fun. That includes 4wd's, guns and bikes.

  • @ihaveairlockers Once more I ask, links to these purported policies of banning 4wd's and bikes. We all know they want to ban guns, good on em for doing that.

I dont know about the KAP acheiving a very high primary vote, if anything itd just detract from the nationals' vote.

  • The liberal party are a bunch of insecure, infantile attention seekers, and even a 17 year old girl can see that.

  • Thanks for lowering the level of the political dialogue once again

  • i agree on the lemon part she really is a lemon but i dont think liberals the answer there no better, we just need better people running the labor party and a leader that will do the job right

  • @PainlessTragedy THE SKY SHALL RAIN FIRE AND BRIMSTONE!

  • Running fibre down every street is a waste of money and you all know it. The speed increase would be minimal and would save some of the 43 billion Labor is WASTING with the current plan!

  • @PainlessTragedy did you write that typo when you dropped your tinfoil hat?

  • STUPID ELECTION ADS.

  • that not the only thing leaking from her

  • If Julia Gillard is a lemon than Tony Abbott is a watermelon (or waterlemon!). A very LEAKY watermelon.

  • @MetropolisAnimeFan Julia Gillard and Tony Abbott are both lemons

  • tony abbot got beat by leaky lemons shows how bad he is ahahah

  • why is it that people have to get so deep into political arguments on youtube

  • Gee I wish I could watch this but I'm stuck on wireless internet. Good luck selling that as broadband Abbott. It's the narrow band of the 21st century. Though, I guess Abbott is still living in the 18th century.

  • @nerbne Also last time I went to Sydney they seemed to have a decent rail network already (correct me if it's changed since 2002) who's to say they can't get it done? Maybe with a federal team up NSWs backside they might get there? Certainly won't with the Liberals in charge unless they forkout for the lot.

  • Hey Liberal party I thought doing telemarketing to people on the do not call register was illegal? I just got your 30 second don't vote for Labor pre recorded message please tell you Brisbane representive to stick her message where the sun don't shine she didn't even provide facts & reasoning to support her claims in that 30 seconds. Stop wasting tax payers money on worthless advertising.

  • Hey if your going to stand up for Australia don't believe a word that that guy from Harvey Norman says! Harvery Norman over charges by alot hoping there customer won't notice they should be investigated by consumer affairs. First hand knowledge here you walk into Harvey Norman expect to pay hundreds more for the same or similar items you could get from a wide range of companies. Sure they offer a price match guarantee but if the poor customer has not shopped around it's cash in big time.

  • @wildcrazygoats

There are more troops over there and have died than ever before.

  • I will tell you the solution to unemployed not contributing it's called work for the dole. Many of this Countries organisations are practically run by work for the dole recipients & the ones who don't want to work hate it just make it more compulsory & problem solved. The person doesn't like it they get a job, if they do like it then those organisations have gained a labourer a good outcome no matter how you look at it. Works far better then your reseed them idea.

  • I know of a person who was unemployed for 11 years he was not in the younger age group he was 40 when he lost the previous position many of us dismissed him as unemployable including myself even though he went out everyday looking. He moved towns several times during that time was finally offered a position just a few months ago but it's only a temp what's going to happen when that runs out? Back on unemployment probably poor guy. You don't need a plan for the young you need a plan for him.

  • @nerbne 11 years?!!! That sounds a little ridiculous. Ive worked some scummy jobs when desperate, there's always work.

  • @kyliekp1 He has virtually no education what so ever, basically illerate & has only knowen 2 positions his whole life, he did try to get more training but it just dosn't sink in so he can't learn.

The only positions he knows are the one he had for about 24 years the employeers fell on hard times, they let go of hundreds to keep afloat & the one he has now. That cuts him out of alot of positions. Any position he could land would be heavely contested as it would be unskilled most likely.

  • I agree no such thing as a free lunch ok so can you put something in to stop those guys in there expensive cars from pulling upto the soup kitchens? I guess a soup kitchen is a free lunch no matter who goes there but dam If I would... it's suppose to be for people who are less fortunate then me. I'd be selling my expensive car before going to that end.

  • @nerbne Sometimes appearances are deceptive mate. Some people who over committed themselves, lost the lot during the GFC, not as much as "the recession we had to have" but quite a few. Expensive cars are sometimes leased and you never know, they could be sleeping in them for all you know. Don't be so judgemental.

  • @onemoreterm Maybe so but the ones I've seen look showered & well groomed not something I'd associate with sleeping in a car.

As for the investment problems one word that is Diversify. If you don't know what that means don't start investing yet.

  • This Saturday, even God will not save Julia. She does not belive in him !!!

  • @SisyphusTwo Labors got this won already better services being offered, more money being splashed, faster broadband that isn't usless, better support of Big business for a change (usually a Liberal area), no grocerry tax to add to the GST the backing of the working class due to fear factor & Tony Abbot being a lier.

Those polls they run are a farce 200 odd people per a seat means less then 1% chance of accuracy. The only poll that actually counts is the one on the day.

  • Strange how it's ok for the Liberals to use leaks against Labor yet if there's a leak against the Liberals they chuck a tantrum. Accept the leak, submit your policies to treasury, be accountable for your policies & defend them.

If your policies really are solid then it should not matter if there costing is leaked as it would be a favourable report. What I would like to know is what are the Liberals hiding that they don't want to be leaked?

  • they are all short sighted hollow buffoons in the pocket of big business . Now if you were to ask me whether to vote for BHP or Rio . Well that would be a more realistic choice. Frankly i would rather choke on someone else' s vomit. Do the economy a favor , don't vote. It only encourages these idiots, your vote gives them credibility that they don't deserve. And all those fines we pay for not voting may reduce the deficit. .

  • @bmmweston You know you could just vote informal turn up, get name marked off roll, put piece of paper in box & save the fine.

  • @nerbne Yeah. Not being born over here i did not realize what an "informal vote" was' till after the whole dismal affair had ended. Hung parliament? Well having had the misfortune to have seen abbot in his smugglers at least we know it won't be a well hung parliament. ha, ha. iIended up filling out the whole card from top to bottom in order, so as not to give my vote to someone else through some kind of dodgy preference scheme that you run over here.Good to vote the sex party up above the libs .

  • Faster internet speeds only means people get their porn faster!

Oh thats right, Labour want fibre system and it only costs $43bn.

plus $2.5bn interest per annum. 8 years to roll out with no real return on

    the investment for the nation.

Pity those poor souls who have to sleep on the street because Joolya pissed the money up the wall!

  • Comment removed

  • @dsmax100 What about for those of us who don't watch that, there's alot more uses for the internet then just smut.

Also someone once told me it was the homeless choice they sleep on the street they can get money just fine like everyone else for the most part not our faults that they choose not to want to pay rent. We have lots of work avaible that is not taken up & even if there was not heres always the welfare system that is in place as well at our expense.

  • @dsmax100 People here compalin that theres no housing avaible meanwhile theres tons of houses that are perfectly viable avabile there just to lazy to look properly it took me less then 10 minuets earlier in the year to find a place none avaible is bull.

Homelessness in Australia unless you have mental illness is a choice. If they do have mental illness there's even options in place for them if you see someone homeless maybe you should ask them why theree homeless in Australia.

  • Way to go with the multi post errors Youtube jessh took you long enough to post them only 3 hours... sorry about the spam everyone I'll fix it.

  • Comment removed

  • Also tell Malcolm Turnbull we all want faster internet ISPs have different speeds available to spread there usage costs, we choose different speeds due to our Budgets or our limitation due to location not because we don't want faster internet everyone would love internet as fast as they can possibly get it with in there budgets.

As for a good return it will take along time to get 43 Billion from NBN but we will gain much productivity as well which in it's self is a great return.

  • I find it strange that Tony Abbot still has not got himself informed of Broadband technology. If it's a policy you want to back you should be willing to at least learn a few things about it. It must have been tough to tell that poor 18 yearold that you thought WiFi was good enough as a matter of fact as a person who has used WiFI I say without a doubt in my mind that it is not good enough. Time you got informed of what we really need.

  • @nerbne It is also certainly plausible Labors claims of 1GB/s speed not that we really need that sort of speed we all knew fibre was capable of more it was just a matter of checking that it would be safe. Not that we need 1GB/s I certainly don't but I need better then WiFi & better then 12MB/s.

  • Comment removed

  • @nerbne Strangely, I tend to agree with you. Tony should have known a bit more about the broadband policy he launched. However, he did handball it to the shadow minister who is the full bottle on the subject, afterall, it's his job. I'm the same age as Tony and even though I use the net everyday, I'm not knowledgeable on the subject (my eyes glaze over LOL) but my kids are up to date. My computer is uber fast, downloads fast, I don't want more and it's the most expensive proposal in the world.

  • @onemoreterm Well theres plenty of places to start learning. We have Howtos & FAQs on the internet that usually help with that then there's forums, books ect for internet these days. If I was running for Prime Minister I would know as much as I could about what I'm trying to sell to the public. Not just broadband but I'd have my shadow guys explaining at least basic knowledge to me on everything that I had handed them a folio for. Also would be reassuring that I picked the right people.

  • @onemoreterm Also I don't belive that the shadow treasurer knows the full bottle either on this one if he did he would have run with the proposal offered by some of the ISPs that was ignored by Labor. Giving us what Labor is selling for Billions less instead of his slapped together waste of Billions in his own version that isn't an improvement for alot of people.

  • Liberal cut spending and saved money, saving money does nothing for the nation, WE PAY TAXES, taxes are there to fund hospitals, education, infastructure, yet the liberals refused to spend any of it, and cut spending across the board. When Labor came in, they finally put the money to good use, something the liberals dont know how to do.

  • There will be no GST under a Howard Liberal government, LOL. The Liberals are full of crap!!!

  • @ChannelsNotAvailable GST is a fact of life in every western nation, GST was essential, labor or not, Australians dont like change, such as realising its a common tax world wide, yet blaming it on government.

  • @sydneysmooth21

Absolute rubbish. Name every country that has GST??? I can name New Zealand and it's never worked there!!! A lot of Australian's forget how much more they're paying with GST, especially the young people who don't know any different

Anyhow I was making a statement that Coward Howard lied through his teeth. He had every intention to diliver us a GST when he made that statement!

  • @ChannelsNotAvailable Yeah and almost every country in the world has a GST, because it makes sense. The ALP are more committed to power and ensuring peoples house burns down than any other thing. The ALP in Canberra are power hungry freaks that put the interests of Australians last, just like in NSW.

  • Gillard a discrace, lyer, deceit backstabbing singe athiest

NO RESPECT FOR RUDD HE WAS A SITTING PM !! murdered by Guttless Gillard who made Australia a laughing stock across the world

  • @tbj402000 Atheist, thats her best quality, the fact that she doesnt believe in make believe gods which are a figment of the immagination and brainwashing, just shows she is more sane than any religious crackpot who believes in that stuff.

  • @tbj402000 Tony Abbot is doing no better I bet there laughing over him to seriously Tony time to get informed.

  • It is so disappointing that the best you can do is focus on the negative aspects of the Labor party. Why not tell us the great things the Liberal party is going to do for Australia if it gets elected. Or do I assume that all the Liberal party has is that it's not Labor?

  • Not the best advertisement I have ever seen!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @nerbne Sure Labors option costs more but it's a better quality option so it should at least it would represent an improvement for all at all times of the day I certainly do not want to be up at the absorbed time of 12PM to get an improvement which probably won't even be there once the TPG/ Iprimus big downloaders logon for there night sessions.

  • crap ad, the labors time warp ad puts the liberal creative ad guy to shame

  • Has anyone noticed that you are FREE to comment on the Liberal Party channel but NOT SO on The Australian Labor Communist Greens (reds) channel ???

  • @WhereEaglesDareWWII I noticed too. When Liberal says greater Freedom this is what they're talking about. They have faith in their people and let them moniter and control themselves. They don't feel like controlling your lives, censoring, filtering and spendin your money

  • There both doing broadband now? Great although I'm thinking alot of us were after Fibre I know for my purposes I was & so were many not sure if the coalition has factored in enough since there not running fibre down every street.

I've had wireless & satellite before they simply don't cut it to much delay as well as to much extra expense trying to get enough useage at present I went back to DSL after trying both wireless & satellite would not be an improvement in condition.

  • Comment removed

  • Its the way they operate. Labor wants to control everything and take your money and use it on what they want to give you. Its all consistent

  • Ok Ok my comments on liberal broadband (or lack of) policy has run its course.I now turn my attention to another major liberal policy - stop the boats.

How simple-minded it is to think implementing hardline border protection policies will stop transhumance.Any grade 12 student will tell you people flee their places of birth because of (but not limited to); Famine,Poverty, Corruption,Disease,Religious/Political persecution and/or Natural Disasters. So how about we stop the BS?

  • I agree with the below comment. I tried to leave a comment on the ALP clip but it is going to be censored - just like their plans for the internet. I'm not necessarily a Liberal voter having a preference for left-of-centre but the paranoia of the ALP stuns me.

  • @tiptoncathcart they screen comments because some people are leaving offensive and racist remarks. We need to keep the discussion above red-neck level.

  • @roguemale57 I support this we are afterall on the internet a place we you can trust very few to be civilised. To oppose something is just fine but could we at least show we are infact somewhat decent human beings we are Australians afterall were widely respeceted as being a decent down to earth sort of people we should be able to rise above the usual internet users level.

  • @nerbne Drugs have changed the landscape of crime as much as the internet has altered the way people communicate ideas. A poor comparison i know but, it does illustrate how humans are influenced by new stimuli and how they react. By far, the internet's anonymity (always got to look it up!) and lack of physical communication eg. body language are the biggest threats to civilised debate.

  • Funny how the Liberal Party allows anyone to post comments regardless of whether its a negative comment or positive, yet Labor screen theirs. Something so simple and yet it tells you mountains about what Labor ACTUALLY thinks of the Australian Public: worthless. Lets get them out while we can and get the Liberals in who can actually do something for us and our country.

  • In every case, two's company.... in the case of Dud & Dill, two's a crowd !!!!

  • Go try to comment on labor videos they are all censored. Do you want censorship? Vote Labor. Do you want a government who has no faith in you and govern everything you do? Vote Labor...

  • @desalage Why can't I leave feedback on the people's party (labour) sites and videos?

  • @balancedaustralia unlike the the LiberalPartyTV, the Labor youtube team require approval before showing comments. Its consistant with their stances. Look at Gillards internet filter legislation.

  • Typical Communists... back stabbing each other for the top job. Notice Rudd's scripted unity speech on TV the other night ? Wasn't exactly from the heart was it...

  • I wouldn't even allow Phoney Tony to rescue me from the surf, so why would I want him as PM? Labor sucks, but the Liberal Party sucks even more!

  • @77Aussie They pretty much take their orders from London anyways. The Zionist Queen and Rothschild Banking Mafia call the shots. However Mr Abbott knows that man made climate change is a total SCAM ! "Global Warming" or "Climate Change" is a Rothschild Banking Mafia scam to TAX the very air we breathe , and Julia Pinocchio Gillard has been chosen to push more and more TAXES on Australians.

  • We as a people could add some stimulus ourselves remember spend locally where ever possible, buy Australian owned & made where possible as well.

If you can afford it & have not brought an item you wanted to yet it might be a good idea to do it when times are tough for others. I know a have some savings & have not brought somethings I would like to I know not everyone is as fortunate as me & some are very cautious during hard times it's understandable but if you can manage it, it would be of use

  • I also wish the Liberals would make there own version of NBN instead of getting rid of it alot of Businesses both big & small around here can't wait for it yet it could be done better by working with the ISPs that already have substantial fibre networks in-place. Yet just to sound different to ALP there flatout saying no what a shame.

  • Nice corporate sponsored ad from a PR guns for hire. I wonder if corporate/Murdoch backing can buy the Liberal Party this election? Notice this ad is ALL spin and no substance? Whats it tell you? Nothing factual. It puts words in your mouth and tells you how you feel, it lies about Labor being a failure when the evidence is to the contrary, and its basically saying YOU are stupid for not voting Liberal. If we'd had the Libs in recently we'd be in recession with tax cuts for the rich; the Lib MO.

  • Could you please come up with your own verson of an internet filter. Outrighting saying no makes it to easy for pedos... we hear about people getting arrested with thouands of immages on there PCs yet your not willing to stop them?

I'm not saying use Labors one but maybe a better thought out one would be a good thing so we can have the best of both worlds a mostly free internet with blocks on pedos & protection of children.

  • @nerbne So you WANT isp level filtered but just not Labor's? O.o

  • @Tuathalful What I really want is good bye pedos, pedos sicken me to no end sure some get a arrested but I bet that's a drop in the ocean. If filtering helps get rid of there acts then it's ok by me. I'd rather it not block stuff that dose not need blocking though.

  • they paid too much money to the creator so they have to use it, just like channel 10's rush.

  • i WANT KEVIN RUDD BACK

  • @xkillerjack haha your joking right ?

  • Today in the Herald-Sun (p.11) A Nobel prize-winning economist said that the swift stimulus intervention at the beginning of the GFC was 'fanastic'.It saved Australia from going into recession and saved many job losses. So Liberal lovers, if you want to let big business run the country then vote these b^%##(*s in.

  • @roguemale57 Wow because of one person saying it was a good thing that means that it must be true..... Yet a lot of economist's have said stimulation is a good idea just that the way Labor have done it was not.

The only way you can stimulate an ecomony is through tax cuts, but we cant do that now because we have a big bill to pay before we can put food on the table.

  • @ZFORCE01 So if tax cuts is the only way to stimulate an economy, how do economies pre-existing centralised government and systematic taxation achieve economic growth? Your assertion has no basis in fact. Labor's stimulus is ideologically distasteful to conservative neo-liberals like yourself, but the truth is it worked as well, most economists say better, then comparable initiatives overseas in achieving it's stated aims including propping the rich's corporations and keeping people in work.

  • @Tuathalful I can only fit so many words into a reply on youtube so it is hard to write a big explanation. Through the last 6 or so years under a coaltion they turned out surplus budgets with zero debt to pay. These funds were set aside in a trust fund that generated interest. The interest was the only thing to be touched to use for government expenditure. If you did not notice in the last years of the coalition there was minor cuts in the tax brackets which put more in our back pockets.

  • @Tuathalful I dont want to carry on too much. Tax cuts are one way to stimulate an economy but there is alot of other tweaks etc that can help smooth out the inevitable rises and falls in the global market.

  • @ZFORCE01 tax cuts aren't the only way to stimulate the economy... not even necessarily the best

  • Lol everything has gone sour

  • so bloody clever.

  • vote greens last or the world will end.

  • Wow, please come up with something new..

  • @Taorero this is like a sequeal its bloody funny.

  • I wish Tony would leak over my face.

  • Leaky lemons.

  • instead of ticking a box to show who im voting for i will draw a nice picture :P

  • @Frenzal88 then labor will get in and you pay a lot more for everything when they put a price on carbon

  • By the way I love lemon, add some salt and wa la BEAUTIFUL!!

I preferred the Labor lemon basket, there's something just not quite right about the Liberal lemon basket - rotten perhaps.

  • democracy is the same shit as communism wen yu onli have two shit-hole parties to elect from ....

  • More lemon's? Awesome.

Oh, and vote for the Libs!

  • @SpannersTV Oh'....and more and more Lemons.

  • @jamesthereaper7 - I thought the economic results for Australia was bloody awesome and is still is awesome, right?

What are the problems with the Australian economy?

How will the Liberal fix it?

  • @jamesthereaper7 I think where right now though dollars up, interest rates are up again enemy of many home buyers & credit card holders yet a sign of a strong economy, sharemarket is up. The US isn't stupid enough to pull another one of there acts so soon so chance of recession is low for now. Were not out of the water yet but should be clear sailing.

  • @nerbne strong here but if Europe collapses then it will be a flow on affect that will hurt every country.

  • @jamesthereaper7 I guess that's a possibility we always have a flow on effect after all those tourists & investors have to have money to pay to us if there in recession it makes it hard. Hopefully that won't happen or if it dose it won't be as bad as the US disaster.

  • @nerbne I hope it doesn't happen either but it's mismanagement by the Labor governement to waste all our stimulus money.

  • @jamesthereaper7 I think as long as it's been spent it has not gone to waste as it is out there helping in the economy even if it has been spent stupidly (insulation for instance) the good thing about Taxes is they work in a circular motion so the government will be getting some of it back through Tax in time. They might collect enough in time for the next disaster only time will tell.
