  • theres just mad bc they know your better then them lol

  • i want to see these trophy's

  • I never doubted ya

  • You, madam, officially kick ass. Like you get a certificate and everything.

  • Whoever they were they are morons.

Anyway, thanks for showing us the photographs :)

    .

  • Have you done tubular aluminum frames? I am going to make a solar powered muscle car that is carbon neutral. I might need your help. I think you have to purge the internal cavities with argon for best results. I have the material already and the millar welder

  • @TheSolarmike It's a bit tricky welding aluminum and changing it's hardness. You might consider glue and fastener fabrication techniques like the new Lotus.

  • I've been watching your video's! And I think your doing great on that build! Did you finish that car? Or were you just building the cage for it? Becuase I would really like to see one built from start to finish,Motor ,trans, seat rear end! You know!

  • @wreckingcars72 The weather got bad, so It's on hold until the spring.

  • There are a lot of people in this world that feel if they can't do something, no one else can. Next time someone says anything negative, take a look at their channel page and see if they have any videos. There are also a lot of stupid people that think men are superior to women.

  • @richardah1 Men are superior. She can just do all this because her dad. Men have created nearly everything that is useful and awesome on this planet, all our cities, cars, planes, space travel, all our roads, electricity, computers, the internet, farming equipment, ninety nine percent of all our best movies. She's just mimicking (very well) what men have already created or known. Women care a lot about trying to impress because they aren't number 1 and this video is proof

  • Hey what specs of steel do I need. I'm planning to build a replica muscle car using arc welder. I only have about $5, 000 and already know how to build fiberglass panels and rebuild engine/ gearbox. Could you suggest the best thickness and everything?

  • @NorkiddExo You'll be fine with mild steel with welded seam. Arc welding can be tricky on thinner metal, so I'd keep the thickness near .120

  • There will always be people who can't accept your fabrication & engineering abilities just because your genitalia is different. Douche bags.

  • there just mad you can build one better then them and like a pro builder and your a girl, anyways good videos and keep up the good work up.

  • Don't worry about the negative comments posted by some people. It's obvious that they are just misserable in their own lives and everyone knows that missery LOVES company...and that's the kind of company that you and I or anyone else for that matter don't need to keep. Anyone who has truly seen your vids knows full well of what you're capable of. I guess the trolls are just green with envy and are probably clueless when it comes to doing the things that you can do.You are one unique gal Jeri!!

  • internet will never run out of trolls. I never doubted you for a second based on your existing work, and why would any respectable person make something like that up?

  • Thank you for sharing your experiences in regards to building and racing cars. Sorry it wasn't under better circumstances.

  • What is wrong with people? Who would send someone a nasty PM for posting informative and entertaining videos such as those posted here? In fact, why would anyone send nasty PMs to strangers at all? People confound me.

  • Funny story I met your Father when I was a little kid going to my races when my Uncle was racing. Keep on Keeping on Jeri, don't let the jealous people get at you.

  • What kinda racing were you doing, nascar ?

  • @TheElectricnoob

Looks like dirt oval and late model racing. Lots of dirt track kinda stuff. I was halfway expecting to see a spint car chassis in there too.

  • low tech Flickr., Nice to see your past works Jeri.

Maybe you need a portfolio or identity website.

  • Great Pics, even better engineering, as people have already posted, you have nothing to prove at all, sad about losing pics of mother, some things in life are irreplaceable, lost my father a while back, whish I had more to remember him by.

  • I can understand that you are offended, but keep im mind that the people who are bitching probalby are not capable of checking their own tire pressure . . . :-)

  • Jeri is the real deal. y'all. Respect.

  • I've watched tons of Monster Garage episodes and I've never seen welds done as smooth as the ones I've watched you do when building the roll cage. Looks like butter.

  • @TheEricBooth The Miller welder is very nice and has plenty of current and a smooth wire feed. Fitting and clean surface make a big difference.

  • @jeriellsworth we both know when it come to welding preperation is everything..lol great vids

  • I want to see the trophies, not because I don't believe you but because I just want to see 'em!

  • Nice Hardware there Jeri. I kind of wish I had gotten into Racing when I was young. Instead I play with Computers and Simple electronics. Thanks for the Video.

  • pretty sweet to be able to whip out proof of expertise

  • Haters gonna hate. Jeri, you rock!

  • * shakes fist at internet

pay no attention to the trolls behind the curtain.

they are small, petty humans that are desperate for attention.

anyone with access to google can quickly find out you're the queen of geeky girls.

i am glad they got you to show off your photos, though....

    great stuff!!

  • my family used to race at watsonville speed way all the time

  • Your fans are also offended! The nerve! All they have to do is look at one of your welds to see that you know what you're doing. You need not defend yourself against such dolts.

  • 99.9% of all trolls, have no life.

YOU, on the other hand, have a life.

& this makes trolls REALLY mad.

ha ha ha ha ha ha

    KEEP ON LIVIN' JERI

  • Jeri, I know your the real deal with your MAD BUILD SKILLZ.

  • ignore the haters!

  • Because you didn't build them the way they would build them. Nevermind you won with them right? The internet community is 90% comments from the peanut gallery. You can tell the people that speak from experience pretty quick usually. Enjoy the videos and keep posting, and the dopes with too much time on their hands can go climb a tree.

  • And when you thought Jeri could not get any cooler she pulls out some old snaps like that!

  • Actually there is a positive side effect in responding to the critics: we all get to see the cool history of how you did this stuff earlier. =)

  • If anyone who spends their spare time building electroluminescent wire AND then videotapes it for other nerds says they can build a race car..... They can build a frackin racecar.

  • I digitised some of the old family photos we have, including a few old VHS tapes. Archives are copied and stored at different locations. Well worth the effort.

  • Ignore the critics. If they actually were doing anything productive they would not have time to critique others.

  • Great video but you don´t have to justify yourself to a bunch of jerks. Your videos speak for themselves. Keep ém coming. Thanks.

  • Nice. I guess your certified in welding.

  • Your critics are just trolls that would have told Pavarotti that he couldn't carry a tune. Nice history of your work!

  • youtube is full of lunatics who've done nothing with their lives that scream nonsense about other people doing things that they have no real experience or comprehension of. I guess they are confused that they think they deserve an explanation of your life or anyone elses. Anyway, think happy thoughts and bacon.

  • @bobamu mmm..Bacon

  • If you told me that you could build a universe i would believe you haha. I am always in awe of your skills and imagination.

  • I'm sure people that actually watch your videos and everything would never doubt your skills. I know I don't :) Awesome pictures and keyboard and stuff!

  • You don't have to prove anything, but it was kinda cool seeing those photo's. P.S. Where's your live stream gone?

  • @ntjbjhq People were being brats, so I pulled it down for a while.

  • @jeriellsworth sorry to hear that. I didn't participate much lately because I've been so busy with work, but I really enjoyed stopping by for inspiration from time to time, even if I couldn't join in the chat at the time. I hope its returned soon for the benefit of all! Maybe once the car is done we can get back to some FPGA and general hacking fun. Don't make this permanent please!

  • Jeri you are an artist !!!! the best compliment i can make to you is.... you are truly an hacker! :)

  • Be sure not to loose thoses photos, some seems to be in not-so-good condition. Great diaporama anyway, I enjoyed it :)

    Hey nice keyboard too, hehe

  • @LunaVorax Some of these went through a house fire. Most of the photos of my mother are gone. :(

  • @jeriellsworth Oh no ! I'm so sorry to hear that :( That's another reason for archiving the photos you have the best way you can.

  • @jeriellsworth You should scan them or make copies and put the originals into a safe place. I find those fireproof safes a good buy for things like that

  • @deathventure Be careful with those. They're good, but not designed to keep photos safe. They're intended to keep paperwork legible through certain fires (so scorched and brittle is allowable). Absolutely better than a shoe box, but nothing beats multiple copies in multiple locations - one being a safe-deposit box.

  • @frac true, but I believe there are some designed more for photos. The dangers is the heat that can melt the photos I know. Scanning and putting the originals in a safe place is much better than no protection at all though

  • Pay no Attention to them unknowing Nay Sayers!

  • It sucks so much that the hate was so bad to compel you to make this video. But I loved the history so it makes up for it. You're a fascinating person. I wouldn't mind seeing the trophies. ;)

  • @joshcryer It's sad that I didn't document more back then. I was young and didn't think about getting older and wanting to look back. Most of the photos I have are just of the chassis, so I could show them to customers.
