Intrestingly, when he chose to wear a normal leather jacket for once, he got called out on it way more than with all the stripe-questionmark-technicolor mess of the later classic series. Or with trainers and a suit in the new one. I guess the weird outfits were so weird that ppl decided to just ignore them. He was as protective of his leather jacket-with-a-jumper-underneath as he was of the technicolor outfit, with makes it all the funnier since it implies that he CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCEXD
He wears the celery because he wouldn't be the fifth doctor without it!
