There's also a Russian cartoon movie about Alice in Wonderland. Her dress doesn't like a parachute in it:-). But there are some other Russian cartoons where female characters use their skirts like that:-).
Alice is a girl under 12 years old, however, grown men go on about her pretty petticoat, beautiful bloomers and silky stockings. I will admit that Alice is a very sweet girl but don't you think that your "drool" and "eat her up" fantasies are excessive?

The movie in general. I noticed that there are a lot of scenes in which Alice's white bloomers are exposed. The best example of these shots is the one shown at 1:07 in this video. Alice flips over to a point where her white bloomers are completely exposed. When her dress poofs up, her bloomers are visible. When she hops down from the pole at the bottom of the rabbit hole, they are exposed again. What's the deal with all the underwear shots?

Okay, the reason why her dress was still poofed while she was upside down was because somtimes on acid, you can feel like your falling up, and this movie (for those of you extremly gulibal and inoccent people) is an acid/shroom trip.
I do not think that it have one something as a cage under its skirt... because when Alice realizes that its skirt inflates at the beginning of its fall. It is thus the proof that it does not have a cage under its skirt.
People wear bloomers and petticoats to make things poof like that. Considering the time period in which the movie is places, it's quite likely she was also wearing a petticoat.
