I am so happy to see these videos! Kudos for standing up and making these airlines think twice about how they care for our valuables.

I was first off a puddle jumper from SFO to SMF and saw flight crew pulling bags off the air craft, letting them fall the 3+ ft. to the ground. The ground crew was late in comming out. The flight crew broke a jar of honey I had imported from Korea!
