I Noticed the DVDs are in PAL format for Europe. Are these DVDs availble for the NTSC, American video standard?

Yes they are. WE 1 & 2 are available only in PAL, but WE3 The Ultimate Tablesaw Tenon Jig and WE 4 & 5, The Compleat Bandsaw, are available in NTSC as well. Simply select NTSC from the drop-down list box on the workshopessentials website.
