They have to go through a full medical check-up every three months, and if they don't do that, they don't get the health services certificate they must have to work in the red light districts. I think if you work with marginalized groups it is very important to ask them about their risk behaviors - why they do it and how do they think about it. That's what we did: we asked a sex worker what she thinks. Maybe it is not a representative view, but it's good show that sex work can be a free choice of a woman (and not a rape as some feminists present it). We don't want to judge sex work as such - just as we don't want to judge injecting drug use as such.
