Actually, you're all wrong. The broadcast claims that there is still an argument on the subject, but it does not say that she is actually a Lombax. Part of the argument is that male and female Lombaxes look differently, but there is no flat statement. If Angela was one, then the entire plot of A Crack In Time would be irrelevant.
