With Bodystep, any participant, whatever their fitness level is able to follow. Unlike freestyle, where you're prancing about in the slim hopes that your class knows what the heck you're doing. I'd rather do BodyStep and follow a set pattern than look like a spazing moron.
I see BODYStep hasn't changed much over the past few years. Same choreography and repitition. No wonder instructors have no imagination. What happened to originality?
no think this is body step choroe....it seemed all moves are different to the original choroe?

It is offered at the gyms where I live! I am taking a class of this tomorrow morning. I'm sooo excited. It looks so fun!!! :)

It is just a pity one just can't easily join in, I think. It all looks great. It is not really offered many places in Denmark unfortunately.
