  • i only know 1 player who is this godlike with akuma and taunts that much. im pretty sure this is kuroda.

  • The Akuma versus Urien players were pretty tight! Good match!

  • @ 1:43 Match could've Goushoryu after his SA1

  • 3rd strike > sf4

  • 3:20 wtf failed aegis corner trap?

  • @someguyhunter

urien dashed back expecting akuma to teleport away from the aegis. unfortunately akuma failed to teleport.

  • That was good

  • 3:26 this is why sf3 owns

  • fap fap fap

  • nihiros parry was so sick i cried...........and i'm not the one he's parrying.

  • Nihiro is a monster.

That entire match is the proof that Street Fighter IV sucks.

  • 1:54-2:07 must've been the most humiliating 13 secs for a chun...13 SECS is all it took

  • 2nd round for chun li was massacre!!! O_O

    Nice crossover.

  • when i saw nihiro parry like that the first time i came in my pants, i hate pants but love them now as urien loves pants

  • god that urien fight was awesome

  • That Urien is the perfect example of why the parry system is one of the sickest systems to EVER exist in a fighting game.

Completely changed the outcome of that first round.

  • Match vs Nihiro was something else. That fight was just as good as Sugiyama vs Messatsu, and every bit as spectacular.

  • holy crap that's some sick urien

and that gouki raped some ass

  • that's a beautiful parry

  • That Urien.. has some next parry hax LOL. Still he's pro at parrying. BUT MATCH! Holy yo, this guy's a beast.

  • 1:54 - 2:07

    Murder!!

  • 3:24 FTL. 4:17 FTW. WWRXD?

  • 4:50

Nice thinking for doing the one-hit SRK and not being blinded by the need of finishing the opponent as quickly as possible! (--> 3-hit shoryu)

  • 3:26

    Awesome.

  • 3:26

    holy sh

  • 3:26 ridiculous

  • it's so satisfying to see ppl beating Chunners. specially with Gouki :D!

  • The end of the first round goes with the music.

  • What an insane parry by Nihiro

  • hats off to that urien at the end, i thought it was shame he didn't win after that beautiful performance

  • the last rounds were sick

  • SHOOOOOOOOOOSH

  • yeah maybe BUT if he had the time to wake up super jump out of it, i think he can wake up aegis.

  • (3:26-3:34)That... Was.... SICK!

  • I agree. Good come back

I thought the last round with Chun-li was crazy too. It look like he was playing the CPU on level 1.

  • i just seriously realized. what would the best move be at 5:20???

i think wakeup aegis might do the trick!

  • I dunno, I think Match's gouhadou was already too close.

    Ya never know though.

  • I doubt it. The Aegis doesn't reflect fireballs right away. The timing looks like the first fireball would have passed through and killed him.

  • ex aegis does

  • 2nd round against nihiro was genius.

  • HOLY SHIT!!!!!!! How did he parry all that?!?!!

  • WHOA: I saw a clip of this fight from a different user but it had the background noise from the spectators in it...musta edited it out this time.

  • Why is it that anytime someone parries something more than like 1 or 2 hits people start comparing to Daigo? There are lots of pro ppl that can do some amazing parries, Daigo included.

  • Usually because sometimes the parries are probably hard to do or needs some insane yomi like this one. He parries like 2 or more random hits after the fireball, pretty insane.

  • It's called an option parry. Nothing really psychic about it, especially Daigo's parry

  • simply put, he spreads the buttcheeks and inserts the pwnage

  • I admire that Akuma, anyone know who he is??

    any name for him??

  • match is his name.

  • OMG!!!!! What the fuck!!! All the videos thats the sickest fucking parry ever!!!!!!!!!

  • 3:26 almost made me cry lol

    (im not Emo)

  • lmao i agree...holy hell

  • 3:26 OOOOOOOOOOOMG!!! daigo comeback eat your heart out LOL (P.S. dat made me die inside coz i was backin Akuma)

  • OMG THAT PARRY WAS SICK!!! AMAZING!

  • awesome akuma player

  • OMG AT 3:26!!!!!!!!!!!

  • amazing first round with urien

  • oh boohoo, he taunted. Cry more.

  • People rarely take his taunts as an attack but more of a joke. How can this be more disrespectful than people continuing their attacks even after their opponent is defeated? It is obviously for kicks and giggles; except that he taunts instead of finishing his attacks. Besides, if you watched these people live, you would see them laughing. If you think Hanagasa (Match) is disrespecting those people, then you don't know him.

  • you are right

maybe i really dont know him. However,i gotta tell you at least in my real life, i never see any person taunts for fun, especially after he defeats his opponent. maybe he taunts 'cos he knows these guys, but who knows? will you believe a stranger taunt you after he defeat you is a kind joke?

  • A lot of people in my arcade like to do finishers (or taunt if not able to) and talk a lot of smack at the same time; you know, having fun. I would not call them strangers though. I guess I am just use to it. No hard feelings.

  • Match taunts everyone. So what, he destroyed them.

  • Taunting with Akuma is an offensive strategy (for all the noobs out there talkin' shit as usual). Akuma's taunt during a match adds power to his attacks, so it was a good thing he did that. Also, there's no point getting frustrated with random ppl talkin' shit, it's youtube: random ppl watch, random ppl make random comments. If u want to get top notch commentary and advice, go to sites like Shoryuken or smashboards.

  • and for those super noobz explained that Gouki taunting for powering up: r u fuxking out of your minds? who needs a stupid power up when he ALREADY defeated his opponent?

so dumb asses, check out the video and retake your grade 5 again.

thanks Emillll for your expaination thou.

  • Damn that was a sick crossup at 1:57.

  • Match vs Urien was pure awesomeness!!

To all the haters talking bullshit : well i just feel you've never actually played the game in arcade so stfu noobs!

  • LOL Anyone that says Gouki is for noobs probably Plays Ken and Spams Sweep Kicks and uses his Super Art 1.

Oh yeah, Gouki is for noobs... NOT.

LOL just because of his AIR FIREBALL ARE YOU KIDDING?

You can't be serious, looks like endlessrr lost too many times because he is a noob and hates akuma now, what do you play Remy or something?

  • unfortunately i never lost to a Gouki

  • Wow endless. Mad trash talk skillz.

Akuma must be for noobs I guess...

  • He isn't playing like a noob, he's considered one of the top Gouki players in Japan...and he wasn't really disrespecting those players, I bet the players he was playing he already knew in real life (most of those japanese players know each other).

  • You would do the same if you had Genei Yun across the screen.

  • dumbest comment on a match vid ever.. Go play halo scrub.

  • LOL

  • wow awsome battles hahah

  • NIce

  • that urien droped my jaw to the floor in that 1st round finish...sick perring...just sick

  • I almost soiled myself after watching Urien go to work.

  • I watch this video all the time...it's sickness! Good anticipation, to say the least!

  • chun definitely didn't look bad. akuma just has an extremely strong offence that can end games in the blink of an eye if you leave an opening. which is pretty much what happened round 2. round 1 was respectable IMO.

  • If I'm not mistaken, that Chun is actually RF. Lets just pretend that it's some random Chun for a moment though, and lets see you do good vs Match who is a very good Akuma player.

  • er Shirokuro actually, but still there's no reason to trashtalk the Chun like that

  • You know it's different to watch them than to actually play them Cervantes.

  • Yea but i thought that player sucked

  • Which shows you don't know shit

  • What's your problem? That's just my personal opinion.

  • Well your opinion is obviously not based on much experience considering that Chun player is playing in arguably the most prestigous 3s tournament in the world.

  • Well i've seen Chun-Li players but never seen one so bad. Just look at how he got trashed.People like MOV and Nuki are really good.

  • Dude, the Chun-Li player didn't seem BAD, it just looked like they didn't ever get a chance to go on the offense and were trying to escape the whole match. That said, there's definitely better Chun-Li players out there.

  • You say that as if Nuki's never been beasted on. Sorry fella but losing badly doesn't necessarily make you a bad player. Get over it.

  • Dude everyone loses sometimes. Check out the video of yuki ocving nuki, ko and kokujin in the acho 5v5. Does that one match mean yuki is better than all of them, or that they all suck? No, they just got outplayed in that game.

  • How did that Chun-Li player get to enter the tournament?

I've seen players in my local arcade play better than that!

  • god damn that was some tight shit. match vs nihiro was off the hook. match is such a god

  • ah Match, I love his style. Smart and technical.. his reaction time to those jump ins...

  • Urien player got some sweet parrying skills!

  • wowo dang the gouki player was yeah so pretty damn good hahaha

  • The Akuma player is Hanakasa, not Match

  • No, it's still Match alright (you can see what he looks like in the finals), the whole entire team is just using different aliases. You can even hear the announcer call him "Match" in the finals.

  • you're right, didn't notice that before!

  • Using the jab shoryu to avoid the reflector > *

  • His name as per shown in the top left is nihiro

  • top shit from match... owned the entire team

  • I think the Urien's name is Scream.

  • that is awesome parrying
