just cast float on both of em, and use tornado or your limit breaks a lot... or if your not like me, and dont gather as many powerfull spells as you can early one... uhh, good luck.
When you play FF8 few times you notice that you cant build ur game on to gf's and magic... Pure Str is strongest way to beat this game. If you have high str (yeah its possible in early game) you'll be able to beat every boss(ofc not end game bosses...) with 1 or 2 Rezoukens...
