hmmm.. glowing effect. i think i can make it like that with a brush tool and some effects with the wallpaper and the writing/picture , your tutorial is nice but too long.

thanks for the tutorial, i didn't know clouds could do that. Just thought it was there to piss people off! lol. some words of advice.

1. px = pixels

2. pen tool is just clicking and dragging

How did you get the ends of the glowy thingy to kind of fade into the back ground? Mine is all block colour when I place it with the pen tool :S
