he hasn't been bald for 20 years! LMAO! He used to shave his hair for Bottom and when it grew back it was very light so you could barely see it. But in some angles you can see the light reflecting. He only started balding in about 2000

it looks like he was balding cause his hair was really light in the bit of the head right above the temples where you start losing hair. But you could notice in the right lighting that there was hair. But yeah he started balding early, he already had some bits missing in the 90s.
