  • Oh u shouldve said i couldnt tell if it had dat sorry

  • @Thisdogkillz you are forgiven :)

  • Thats an ugly pittbul if it is one

  • @Thisdogkillz you are mean and horrible. This is an OLD pittie who had tumors. You obviously don't know what it means to take care of an elder (two or four legged).

  • My 15 year old pibull, Ike, passed away on Sept. 6, 2011. I miss him every single day I still think I hear his footsteps in the hall sometimes. Rest in peace little buddy! May your baby girl Lucy rest in peace.

  • @sapar56 I am sure he visits you - the sound of his paws on your floor...so sweet :) Just remember there are always more souls that need saving. When you are ready reconsider adopting another :)

  • what happened to his eye

  • @henryzetabluewolf it's just dirty I was bad I didn't wash his face soon enough...

  • she must of had a tumor or something, other ones like I don't want him or her to go

  • @Kristenfuzzywuzzy yes, a fatty tumor which would have been more painful to take away - I decided to let her live out her life with it and I mad her as comfortable as I could.

  • @softservegirl sorry if I said something wrong really not being sarcatic Im glad she was comfortable.

  • @softservgirl. What an amazing, beautiful video on so many levels. Glad you were blessed with such dear pups, and I cried wishing all animals could feel the love and home you gave to them. Hope it is going well with the "new" pups, they too are blessed! Oh and FYI my name is Lucy :)

  • @lifesabeachnyc thank you so much for your kind comments. I really appreciate it. I have since then adopted two rescue small dogs, and I am now fostering a third which is a chihuahua that was on death row. I found a home for her, just keeping her until the holidays for the new family :) animals bring so much joy into one's life. thank you, LUCY!

  • It was cute then i read the comments and got a sudden sadface. I lost 2 of my dog's within the past 3 years too, such awesome dogs..chihuahua looks like he's about to go kung-fu with that sidelook

  • What a beautiful dog she is, dogs are so amazing.

  • Bless them. They are Angels.

  • I have a 14 year old Labrador mix and I love him to death. Recently I've stared video taping him so I'll have memories of him when he finally leaves us. It's been a great run though. Lucy was still a pretty girl even in old age and I know it was hard to see her go. Beautiful video....

  • @mjfromga89 good luck with your Lab Mix. It's so hard to see our family members age, and leave us... It will be a wonderful testament to your life with your dog, to have this footage... it's going to be meaningful beyond belief well after they have gone... :)

  • Aww I'm so sorry for your losses. What beautiful dogs.

  • Since dogs are known to be able to sense tumors in humans, I guess it's safe to say that they can do the same to one other....?

  • @winrx I would believe this to be very true... Peso was very protective of Lucy at the later stages of her life. Also as a breast cancer survivor myself, lucy would lay with me and often put her paw on my shoulder, huff through her jowels, as if to say I UNDERSTAND. she was an awesome dog and I miss her greatly.

  • rip both were beautiful dogs.

  • that's the most pitiful growl i ever heard. makes me wanna cry. :'(

  • Good Boy?? Your Praising Him For Growling At You?!?!

  • Peso's probably mad about his stereotypical name.

  • @orlandorays: And you must wish you were clever. But. Fail.

  • Aww, very sweet. At least their together again in Heaven. :)

  • Animals are farm more knowing and compassionate than they are often given credit for. Peso loved his friend, Miss Lucy and was showing his love by protecting her.

We have 3 rescues, 1 is a Pitt mix who adopted the Chi-Weenie mix as 'Her Baby', the moment they met. They eat, sleep and play together. Add in our Dalmation mix, who thinks they're both 'Her Babies' and it makes for a wonderful family.

  • yes, we know when we take them in that one day we will suffer that awful pain of losing them. But, a worse loss would be to have never known them at all. Your video brought smiles and tear. This is what pet "ownership" is about. You can just feel the connection, dedication and love.

  • Sorry about your losses. I understand how you feel. We had four dogs, we now only have 1. They all died of old age, and the one we have now is 12. He also has a huge tumor on his thigh, but it s a fatty tumor and we just leave it alone.

The vet said it was OK. He looks great, but his body is wearing down.

Your dogs were, and still are adorable.

  • @51Saffron thank you so much. what drama! these tumors really do wear them down even if they are fatty tumors. they age them. you just have to keep on loving them just the way they are! :) hang in there with your last baby. good luck.

  • It is wonderful to have dogs but it is so hard when they die. My Rottie died from cancer when he was 9 my Chow/Pit at 14 when her heart gave out. I still miss them both.

  • @whatdoesitmatter77 so sorry :( dogs are special. they enter our lives, become one of the family, ARE our family... and their loss is always felt.

  • @softservegirl You are right they are family. I am sorry for your loss as well. I miss them but I can look back & laugh at the mischief they would get up to. I think in some ways its been harder on my husband but he wont admit it. We still have 2 other dogs. A crazy little Pitbull that wont stay out of my garden & a terrier mix that was dumped at around 2 weeks old. The Pit is around 5 yrs & the terrier mix is close to 11 yrs old

  • @whatdoesitmatter77 sounds like you have an awesome trouble-maker family!!! a terrier and a pitbull! what fun! I miss having a pit...if it weren't for the two rescues I have which are a handful I would have another pit. maybe next time around :)

  • THey look like brothers sorry for your loss.

    RIP Peso and Lucy

  • Awww....this was sooooo cute! They have an understanding like mama and son dogs...awww! Im sooooooo sooooooo sorry to hear you loss them! They are in a better place, peacefull and loving as they were when they were still here!

  • @1chronicles4910 thank you so much! Every time I see a pitbull I always go and say HELLO. Just yesterday I ran into a Peso Chihuahua and she was SO SWEET! I miss them both very much. I have since adopted two smaller dogs that fell into my lap, but you know they come to you...when you need them the most :)

  • Just saw this video....very sorry for your loss!

  • Aww sorry u lost them. They look so sweet.

  • I'm very sorry to hear about your dogs.I've had pets die too.I hope that you're doing okay.Thank you soooo much for posting this video. It's adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • @fmsawyer86 loosing an animal is really horrible. but then it opens our hearts to saving other animals. Since this video I have adopted two more dogs. I do miss Peso and Lucy very much. They were special dogs!!!!

  • @softservegirl This is a BEAUTIFUL video, with two BEAUTIFUL doggies!!! My deepest sympathy for your loss of precious Peso, and lovely Lucy!!! ALL dogs are AWESOME, but I have always had a special love for pitties. May they both R.I.P.

  • @huntditty thank you so much. i appreciate your words...

  • they are both such cuties! I love this video!

  • I'm so sorry for your loss...I love the video, thank you for sharing! I love how protective he is of her. and @ Dominus I agree with ColombianMamacita you are a total DOUCHE!!! And they are both very beautiful!!

  • @pjkimrn thank you so much for your nice comment. I appreciate how the public sees the bond between these two dogs. We as humans take animal relationships for granted: their bonding is profound. It is thoughtful and kind of you to respond. thank you !!!

  • @pjkimrn thank you for saying this and pointing out the obvious. xo

  • @softservegirl Anytime! I love my little furry child Annie and hate to think of life without her at some point :(. I agree totally that we do take for granted the bond between humans and their furry children and between animals themselves too...totally unselfish as all they ask for is food, shelter and love...too bad humans can't be that unselfish...

  • Precious.

  • Hey umm Dom ur the cow this dog is beautiful I wish I still had my pitbull he was my 1st dog ever and he .ever left my.side wish he was still here

     RIP D-bo and Miss Lucy

  • Hey Dom..you're a DOUCHE ..Lucy is one heck of a lady..she's quite beautiful..look at that face..how you can NOT love it. That little guy..omg..beyond adorable..I just added this video to my favorites..Very cute..Is Lucy still around? Hope she's doing ok..Blessings from Arizona! :)

  • @ColombianMamacita thank you mamacity!!! Miss Lucy has unfortunately passed away. She was at the end stages of her life and Peso was very very protective of her. He would stay with her and lay watch. They LOVED each other and were best friends. It has been some time since my Lucy has passed and I miss her very much, and Peso has also gone to the green park in the sky. They were both old dogs. Since then I have adopted two more dogs - I hope they grow into the character of Lucy and Peso.

  • cute!

  • my pit is 12 years old and he's got so much life energy like he would be about 3-4 ;p i hope that he will live more than 20 yo :D

  • @whitestock1991 that's awesome your Pitt is so full of life :) you take care of your baby, ok!!!

  • your pit is GORGEOUS!

  • That Chihuahua is a MEAN little shit! Just kidding. XD

It's amazing how sweet dogs can be for each other. then again, they're pack animals.

  • @ZooTycoon2Forever76 he WAS a mean little shit! seriously! you had to be careful with him, especially when he was watching after Lucy the PItt. he was very protective of her.

  • aww love has no boundries

  • @Dominus96 she was in the end stage of her life and that is a tumor on her side. very insensitive of you, dominus. she was once a dynamic and amazing athletic pit. so beautiful, even made it to the cover of American Photography Magazine.

  • @Dominus96 - That was very mean of you to say that. Next time you should try to be a bit more sensitive considering that dog is a beauty and doesn't in any way look like a cow. It wasn't her choice to get a tumor on her side it just happens sometimes when dogs get old. Hope next time you will be nicer! :(

  • @softservegirl im sorry for your losses.im also sorry that some people dont understand that animals have injuries(like tumors)and say that they look bad.

  • look at lucy`s muscles

  • beautiful dogs who quite obviously had wonderful lives. rest in peace lucy and peso.

  • Just reading these comments bringsa tear to my eye :(

  • Booorrrring.

  • Only just came across this vid ..lovely dogs

    sorry for your loss

  • What a cute video.. Sorry for your loss. I know you miss them.

  • What a wonderful video! Lucy was such a beautiful pit bull (my favorite breed!), and Peso was really cute, too!

  • his tale was wagging to the left, that means their scared, i think he thought u were gonna take him away from his buddy. lol

  • @sagwasunshine i'm surprised anyone knows that! but in addition to the direction a dog's tail is wagging, it's also important to watch the speed - Peso is wagging his tail in short, diliberate wags (slower than an if he were excited or stressed). the owner is correct in identifying that he is being protective. i'm sure he knows how sick his friend is and he's worried.

    sorry for your loss.

  • TOOOOOOOOOOOO DAMN CUTE!!!!!!!!

  • his left ear is missing

  • No it ain't. It's just tucked down.

  • they are so cute

  • They are/were so sweet together. It is killing me that they are no longer here and I didn't even know them :(

  • I know, it's killing me too. :(

    such a loss.

  • @tinkypig73 I did not know that. That really just made me sad.

  • What a beautiful pair of lovely dogs you had. So sorry to hear they both passed away but at least they were obviously well loved by you and by each other. What a sweet vid :-)

  • im sorry for ur pit what a shit was to go :(

if a pit just dies of old age there really active till they day they go is tht the same with it having tumors ??

  • good question: i guess the answer is the tumor was just a biproduct of her old age, and with any elderly person or animal, their joints hurt, they can't hear as well, she was going blind. but she lived a very very good life. and her little chihuahua boyfriend just past away in december, so they are together in heaven.

  • she is (was) 14 years old and had a tumor growing underneath her skin. She was a sweet old doggie....that is what a pitbull looks like when they age :( I miss her tons!

  • @softservegirl dat was such a nice video...ur pittbull is really wonderful!

  • @softservegirl I'm so sorry.

  • what is wrong with the big one

  • amooreee

  • Then again, maybe I'm wrong. I just had a look at a video of an English bull terrier and noticed that they're much shorter than pitbulls and their snouts are pointier. Sorry. Delete my previous comment. Forget what I said.

  • Pit bull? Looks more like an English bull to me.
