I've finished this one in only ONE move. Simply place the balloon in the leftmost goo.They will move to the right. Then throw a red one to the right, so it can hit the fire, bounce the wall and burn the rest.

You have a lot of tries, since throwing goos do not count as a move.

This is what I do, but it always ends up as 13 turns for some reason. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

i could did it in 2 moves. just throw the red goo into the fire. when it bounce, it will burn the whole red goos.

This stage can be done in 1 move. Throw the red horizontally towards the fire so it rebounds and hits the rope. With some luck, it'll start to burn (0 moves). Scroll up, wait a split second, then attach a balloon the bottom-left of the box. It'll start rolling while the head is shaking and falling. With some luck, it'll roll into the pipe without needing another balloon.

You can save a move by putting a ballon in the lower left corner so the box tunrs right and stands to the pipe.
