The police do not protect us, they are terrorists which only serve to profit from our suffering, just as the US government does. It's sad that they lost their lives , HOWEVER, each one of them willfully signed on fully aware that losing their lives while performing their duty was a possibility. So don't expect me to shed a tear for any of them. They knew the risk of the job....and unfortunately they lost.
say what you want to about law enforcement, but that load of meth they confiscated in atlanta about 2 weeks ago, how much of that would have been in public schools. the work that they do is not often noticed, only some of the troubles they encounter by being in the public eye and going overboard, and it does happen. I seen where one police dept was being sued over a policeman for beating someone, and then a week later that cop lost his life trying to save someone from drowning.

Miller drives around the city with his personal laptop computer while on duty, leapfrogging off (stealing) other people's wireless Internet access to chat online with other pedophiles and to look for and trade explicit images of prepubescent girls performing sex acts on men.

Nicola Cotton of NOPD radioed that she did not need backup when trying to arrest a man with a warrent for rape, only to find out that he resisted and eventually got her gun and shot her 15 times. She was 2 months pregnant. If she would have just told dispatch she did need BU, I'm sure it would be different for her today.
