I was in Serbia in `89 and I like it very much. I meet and old man and he told me " What`s happen now in Romania (Ceausescu) is nothing what will happen in Yugoslavia after 10 years" . It was very strange. The idea it was to split Romania first and after that Yugoslavia. Any way I like serbians because you have balls not like us. All the best, maybe will discuss.

But than, Bulgarians are arivals in the 6th century who ocupied lands inhabited by romanians. The first proto-romanian words were spoke by a latinized thracian ''torna torna fratre''. So all the land of Bulgaria was once romanian. Yes, when I was in Dobruja I saw unusual dark skineed people, I have said than ''This people can't be romanians'', they are romanizated bulgarians.

I believe the same for example when it comes to North Italy which was once celtic and it' name was Galia Cisalpina. Since it's Galia, it rather belongs to France which are romanizated gauls.
If it's true what you said about persecution than I would despise... But the same happened in Bulgaria with vlachs. Timok on old maps is shown as mainly vlach. Today it's bulgarian mainly!

The Roman empire was amde by thracian imigrants(dardanians from troy), their greatest rulers were of thracian origin. Julius cezar's family claimed trojan ascendance. Today Romania is able to rise to arms an army of 6.200.000 soldiers togheter with Moldavia, with which we will unite SOON! Bulgaria can rise to arms an army of only 1.500.000. Dream and try, we need a premise to take 1/2 of Bulgaria and even so we have plenty like: former thracian land and 2. it is inhabited by plenty romanians in the north!

@drdimov At the Battle of Tutrakan the bulgarian army had more than 55.000 soldiers, while the romanian one had only 20.000 troops. At this battle the bulgarians were also suported by germans. You had also performant artilery, while the romanian artilery at Tutrakan was old.
