Ya know, of all the spokesmen on commercials, this guy probably has the most fun. He's getting paid to do stunts and destroy stuff. And what he does seems more meaningful than those Jackass actors.
I have renters insurance, and had it rain in my bathroom, but I don't see how that coverage would really help me. The structural damage is to the landlords, and nothing of value in the bathroom was there to file a claim.
Looks nasty, but amazing at the same time, he was able to recover after a bacterial infection that almost took his life away, in fact, he lost 2 toes and part of his thumb, due to gangrene. So much for fun with a toilet filled with bacteria and germs now ha. Epic.

nah, 5B is on the 5th floor, where the mayhem originates. 4B is on the 4th floor where the flooding occurs, below the damage: flooding follows gravity, duh!
