I don't think they would've prefered Elena before Katherine back then, because I think that what they liked about Kat was that she was not like most girls who were nice and proper then, while Elena would pretty much fit the stereotype of the typical nice girl, but great concept and editing.

I can't even begin to tell you how much this video moved me. The AU is genius! I absolutely adore the storyline and the way you played it out. It took my breath away. Not only is the idea amazing, but the music was fucking epic. I don't even know how to let you know what this video meant to me. I tried so hard not to cry and then the music got louder and more action packed and I just couldn't help it. Gorgeous job, hon.
