Geez why do they keep on insisting that it could be a development problem. It's been clear that those beings were able to use hand-crafted tools with precession. Not only that but they were also able to hunt other animals. Hunting takes a lot of planning and the ability to think ahead. They're so close-minded that they can't see the truth right in front of their eyes.
