this is a steroids/drug test... not HIV test ... mayweather are ignorant fools ... they are too exaggerated .... they can test right after the fight and its acceptable ... because if pacquiao is taking illegal drugs it wont leave his body for a while if he's really taking something... i believe pacquiao is clean.. he will not do something stupid that will erase what he had accomplished ... mayweather is just afraid to fight... he fought bigger guys before but why afraid of pacman who is smaller

Pacquiao is ducking Mayweather and now wants to fight Malignaggi.
What a disgrace!
Take the test Pacquiao, just like Kobe, Lebron, Lance Armstrong, and the rest of the worlds best athletes have taken without a single complaint.
The urine test only detect steroids, not HGH PED's which Pacquiao could be taking. HGH is only detectable by random blood testing, the type done by the USADA.
Clean up the sport of boxing, set an example, take the test, prove you're clean, and fight!

@jakeboy03 actually Mayweather agreed to more demands: Manny want a small ring PBF wanted a big ring, Floyd agreed to the small one. Manny wanted 8oz glove which welterweights don't normally use, PBF wanted 10oz standard welter gloves but Floyd agreed to the 8oz gloves, Manny wanted the astronomical amount of 10mil$ for every pound PBF came in overweight, Floyd said fine. Floyd wants random drug testing, Manny said "hell no!! the fight is off!!" lol...what other demands did PBF make of Manny?
