After talkin with youtube and vir4gin mobile i found out LG took youtube off of the rumor touch only. Theres a way around it when ur vid stops playin at 6% hurry and click the power button then click it again. Unlock ur phone and ur vid will reload from 0% and start at where it stopped playing. Trust me this works every time. Dont hold the power button ur phone will shut off just click it 2 times...

Ok. For those of us with this exact problem, Google " lg rumor touch loading...6% " to see a temporary solution over at the howardforums . It was posted by a Virgin Mobile/Boost Mobile rep. and says it's not a network problem but a software glitch. I tried it and it works.

Every time on all the videos i try to watch, at the 6minute mark the video will freeze " Loading...6% " appears ( it'll be stuck and stop loading) and then after awhile Error problem playing appears then thats the end. Just found out a coworker has the same phone but tied into a Sprint contract paying 60 dollars a month and doesn't experience the same problems. So it might be a network thing even though it all runs on Sprint 3G network ? Maybe you get better service with the Contract?

Same exact problem on my LGRT VM prepaid plan, wasn't sure if it was my phone or the network. Good to know its not just me THANK YOU for posting this video. Still worth it. 25 dollars a month for unlimited data and texting now especially with all those other apps out there to make this a "smartphone" on the cheap.

That bites. Mine plays, but stops at about 6 mins into the video...all the time. VM is still new at making "good" phones, they need to step up their software as well as hardware because they are really behind the times.

Regardless, they do have nice cheap payments :)

Youtube is perfect, plays without a hitch in hi-res. You can exit the player mid-video, use the browser, for example, and come back to the player. It remembers the place. Intercept is better no contest.

@videogames73 its a touchscreen phone so yeah you have to touch the screen lol unless its in landscape mode then you can use the keyboard. Its considered a smart phone but the only difference is it doesnt have a good OS. But other than that its capabilities are awesome. Its an awesome phone and i recomend it to the fullest. Especially for the price.

Virgin Mobile techs give you the same line of BS...Unplug the battery, reset the phone with ##322 blah blah blah. Bottom line is if you have any other choice go with that and ditch Virgin Suckass.

Theres a way to watch youtube on the rumor touch jst go to settings n turn location off after that reboot n you should be able to watch up to 30 videos n if u then turn locatipn on up to 10 this worked for my phone hope it helps

If you want this phone mostly for streaming youtube videos SAVE YOUR MONEY. And despite what people are saying this is a problem with Virgin Mobile's network, not the phone. They've said they'd fix it for months now and haven't.

There are two ways to download opera mini. You can check under downloads on the virgin mobile vxl. Or type in m opera com on the virgin browser and try to download it from the opera homepage. Try opera mini 5.

@PeteyandRuby12 The default browser is called NetFront 3.5.1 but this is not the best. Opera Mini is free and it is the only browser I would use on this phone (the same was with Kyocera X-TC; the OpenWave default browser was not up to par)
