hehehe. I've done that before with soda, *orders diet and the soda comes, takes a drink, "this don't taste right. MOOOOOMMMY(normally) is this diet?(my mother hates diet soda so the taste gets her every time).* or the infamous line to never say in public(unless I want to get the wtf look) "dang it I'm high again, I gotta go take my drugs so I can eat." Been type 1 diabetic since May 31, 2007!

Hahaha! I've never called my lancing device a pricker, though.  That's a funnier term than lancet so I might start using it just so I can say prick every now and then.
