Well Nadal was taking his time during Berdych's serve which is not allowed since you are supposed to be playing at the pace of the server, so I'm pretty sure that annoyed him (I think Nadal got a warning this time.) And the crowd was like 99% pro-Nadal so it was incredibly noisy for Berdych and I would imagine he felt that he "showed the crowd up" since they virtually only rooted for Nadal's points and he was the big favorite.
