Thanks for the feedback. I think it turned out good myself but it could have been better. I used Windows Movie Maker and some times there are slight stoppages between frames that come from different documentaries like at 2:53. I also would have liked to have used more footage from battles other than Sicily and Ortona but it was all I had to work with at the time unfortunately.
PS I remember him from the 1960's by then he was older...

My great uncle dodged D-Day with the Carleton and York Regiment. My grandpa wasn't so lucky :( he unfortunatley saw a little place called Juno Beach
