Cant go wrong with Chevy! I have an 87 that I just dropped a 454 into. The guy I bought it from blew the motor up so I dropped a big block in. It was a perfect fit. No having to re-drill any holes. I have an 8 inch lift on mine with 38 inch tires.
I have an '84 K5 with a 4" lift and 33" tires just like yours. Pretty tall, and not too tall for off roading purposes. All that needs to be done to mine is new paint. But I am going to be putting a lot of aftermarket upgrades to it, I can't wait to see it finished!

Great truck, here in Estonia we dont have these Blazers, very few only. I hope one day I could have one for winter offroading(its crazy winter over here right now, lots of snow and -30'C)
