Their moves are very suggestive, but i have heard many things that dance moves that move your hips and stuff alot get you to lose weight a lot faster. So I would consider doing this same kind of dancing. Though it may look very suggestive it helps you lose more weight. I am a dancer and there are many different ways for people to dance. you can find your own style and you just go with it. If you have fun dancing why stop? These girls are vert talented, I bet that they will go far. :)

What song is that? It sounds hot even though it's muffled. Also, the girl on the end with the jogging pants and one leg up....she made the dance look natural, she can literally dance, the girl next to her was pushing to hard but not focusing on the making the dancing look like her own. But that's only if this was meant for critique purposes, if not then I'll just shut my mouth, because it does say Hip hop training. But awesome job overall! The dance (choreography) in itself was hot.
