Apple did very little in the way of originality. Their entire company was based upon taking shitty devices and shitty concepts and making them work correctly and in a fashion most everyone liked. It was revolutionary in the fact that 70% of the world had never heard the term "Smartphone," and now everyone has.

Samsung's massive screen make a stylus have a point for people who like drawing but don't have a pocket sized for an actual tablet. I personally think the iPad should of come with a stylus, it is a tablet, of course.

@ieatfearforbreakfast They made it an optional alternative for people to draw with instead of using your finger, because having a stylus pen in your hand has a better feel to drawing rather than using your finger. It basically gives Samsung's massive screen an optional purpose. They've made stylus's for the iPhone too, but it's not apple branded and it's not included.

I think the Samsung Galaxy note is for the more creative type of person who likes drawing and massive screens.

What the iPhone did was force all the phone makers and mobile phone OS developers to step up their game and simply do better. It was not the best phone for calling and was no great for reception or speeds. But it was the right device at the right time.
