Buyers should ALWAYS get their dog from a reputable and ETHICAL breeder. The American and Canadian Kennel Club web sites have a lot of good info. See your potential puppy AT the breeder's establishment WITH BOTH parents if possible. A REPUTABLE breeder will guarantee the puppy's health against genetic/congenital diseases.

If "ciollicea 1" INSISTS that it IS 3 MONTHS, then I would say that the dog is VERY unwell. Watch out for vet bills++. The dog WILL BE sick! A LOT!! @relxn Dude, teacup chihuahuas are just another name for the smaller ones. So, this couldve been a puppy who wasnt gonna get very big. It depends on size! Also, my friend has a chihuahua that was 3 months old and looked a lot like that. They dont have any hair on their neck when theyre 3 months old usually. How should you know anyway? Just cuz u've apparently never seen a chihuahua puppy before doesnt mean you can say it's sick cuz its small. So calm down!

Love it!!! I have 2 females... Same mom n dad different litter. Complete opposites but can't b without eachother!!! My oldest is 3 lbs n my youngest is 5 lbs!!! My oldest is 2 yrs old with n allergy that causes her to have hives on her head sometimes. My youngest has asthmatic spells when she gets excited... Lol. Overall they keep me loved!
