I was there as well. I got a call on my cell from a roommate of mine, informing me that they just announced on the news that Reagan has died. Me and my 2 buds were joking about it, and some skinhead kid overheard us. He went into the backyard and just yelled "Reagan's Dead". The celebration began. Good times.
