Well firstly one of the members of my family (my uncle) has had a close encounter as well as one of my good friends.
Secondly is a point that you have already made to me that the universe is vast with countless planets in it, it is quite ridiculous to think that we are the only planet in this universe with life on it, and only human arrogance would say that we are the most advanced.

The Drake Equation shows that there should be more than us in the universe. I agree with you on all this, but you still cited no proof of anything.

@warren3174 I agree that some solid, concrete evidence of extraterrestrial life should be presented. But the only evidence that we have is photographic as well as video. Until we come up with the technology capable of exploring a larger range of our universe maybe we can find diff planets that could support life, maybe even intelligent life. But it's only a belief, until proven, it'll become fact, and the question of whether or not we're alone in the universe will be answered. We'll see..
