There's no way to stop the special effects monsters from sliming up what the original was really about. Great character acting. So just don't do it. Leave it be a fond memory. I'm tired of Hollywood crapping all over our childhood memories because they have no capacity for original thought.

@PrankZabba I seriously doubt they make a 4th GB film after GB3.  GB3 has been a long enough stretch as it is.

GB2 while not great movie is still a good film. It still holds it own after all these years. I really dont see why Bill has such a big problem with GB2. It's not like the movie sucked. I think it's pretty good.

bill murray, ramis, and dan all have big problems even moranis and weaver all fucking hate each other after ghostbusters 2, i dont get it such a great movie and those actors made it magical but they all have there egos and ruin it all for us...get over it bill/dan/ramis/rich/sig ur all gonna die soon FUCKING MAKE GB3 NOW!

@Diablogod87 Wha? Bill Murray, Dan Akryod, and Harold Ramis were all friends, and they were all friends before GB came along. Bill and Harold worked on stuff together after GB 2.

In interviews, I've never heard Bill Murray mention problems with the other actors. He said GB 2 should've been a great movie and Dan Akroyd wrote a great script, but the studio came in, took charge and ruined the film.

Wow, really? They all hated each other? I never knew that. If that's true, that really sucks. I certainly couldn't see it from their interviews when they spoke of each other. Obviously I know they're not going to bash each other during interviews, but I would have never guessed that they didn't get along. Wow, where did you hear about this?
