  • I agree with the original video, I hate religion, all it does is wage wars, but then again, i love jesus. He died for us on the cross, He died for our sins, yet everyone sins now. I sin, i dont like to admit that, but i do, so does everyone else. but we are always forgiven.

  • @kushdeuce ?? dude, seriously? -_-

  • Jesus is NOT religion why don't people understand that? You can serve Jesus and believe in him without claiming you are a Christian or any other religion, religion is just a mechanism people use to create diversity and groups

  • @TyWhite96 with all respect.. can you say same words to your goverment? for example , i love my country but not the rules. We people need the rules to keep everything under control. There is no country on the earth people are free to live as they wish so religion is also something like this to keep everything under control. Otherwise everything was in caos. In some issue in my perspective i was right in your perspective you were. If there re rules we can see clearly who has the right.

  • @craab1212 Is this man a god who created the entire universe in a week? No. He's only human so leave him alone, no one apart from God is perfect.

  • @TyWhite96 To an extent, you certainly can believe and be loved by God, and Jesus. But as individuals, we're limited in what we are able to understand and figure out on our own. Look at how much we think we knew as teenagers, but realize at age 30+, was pure foolishness, and that our elders were right. Take that forward a few decades (like where I am right now), and you realize it doesn't end, that you can't figure it all out in one lifetime. It's why Jesus left us His church to show us.

  • Tichey

  • @TyWhite96 that makes no sense xD

  • Religon is not welcomed in the kingdom of heaven like flesh and blood.

  • Read James CH1 vs 19 thru 27

  • Church is not a religion BECAUSE OUR CHURCH NEVER OFFER A RELIGION BUT IT MAKES ME KNOW THE LOVE OF GOD FOR ME! NOT ALL CHURCH ARE RELIGIOUS! RELIGIOUS CHURCH ARE BORING WHERE YOU CAN NEVER FEEL THE OF GOD, BUT GODLY CHURCHES IS THE ONE WHO LOVES PEOPLE AND DOING THINGS NOT BECAUSE IT'S REQUIRED BUT BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT PEOPLE NEEDS JESUS! And many religious church masters programs outreach programs but never make the people accept Jesus! IM GODLY WHO LOVES JESUS BUT NOT RELIGIOUS!

  • @TyWhite96 a church connects people that worship Jesus and God

  • Dude!!! What song was that, it was awesome!

  • @TyWhite96 you're an idiot. god is religion. Don't pretend to be more "god loving than thou" bullshit. You're still a brainwaished moron.

  • @TyWhite96 That's not what matters at all. I'm not any religion and I have no belief in God or the divinity of Jesus. If an all loving God somehow exists actually, my morality is what should rightly lead me to salvation, not faith in unverifiable books.

  • @camgan1 have to let Him rule your life :D ACCEPT HIM AS YOUR LORD.GOD.SAVIOR and BE SAVED! there's a piece in oour heart that only JESUS CAN FULFILL! JESUS LOVES YOU BRO HE DID IT AT THE CROSS 2000 YEARS AGO! He died for you even He's not sure if you will accept HIM :D You will never find a love that never fails in religion but only in JESUS!

  • @FAIThHOPeLOVe700 Why did Jesus need to die for our sins? Why not simply forgive our sins? What exactly did he have to prove? Did he simply want to give religious people a way of guilting others into believing?

  • @FAIThHOPeLOVe700 zeus loves you man he hopes u will find him one day xD

  • @heavymetalchapel

No, but these fucktards think so.

  • Girls, girls, there is only one victor in this argument...

    DAWKINS, BEEYETCH!!!

  • James 1:27

    New International Version (NIV)

27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

  • So...if you're not Catholic then...you're going to hell?

  • @HeavyMetalChapel

catholic is not a religion...i will start from there. Catholic is a BRANCH from Christianity.

  • How many hungry children could you feed if you sold that gold sculptures in the background?

  • @FRiKiJDM so true

  • 666

  • P.S. I'm waiting for the first person to blab about a "relationship" with Jesus and how said relationship is not religion... but while you may have this squishy so-called "relationship" with Jesus, it's still very much religion. You are believing in something. Praying to someone. Whether you do it in the confines of an organized group or on your own, it's still a religion.

  • What a wast of a brain, just try making up ur own mind for a change instead of folowing a blue print of ancient ignorance

  • @TyWhite96 @TyWhite96 That IS religion; inherently, by definition. Belief in God and Jesus IS religion. You might be anti-denomination, but that does not make you anti-religion. Look up the definition of religion ANYWHERE and it will come under the definition of a belief-structure. What you are describing is a belief-structure. If you are a Christian, you have religion.

  • @DJSteadyState No it's not religion. Never once did I say I was a Christian. I love Jesus and hate religion. Religions are catholics, methodists, etc.

  • @DJSteadyState The deity and the religion are two separate things. You CAN believe in the deity and follow the deity's teachings without subscribing to a MAN-MADE religion centered around it. Religion has been corrupted by humanity.

  • @djxthexmonferno @TyWhite96 You two are both apparently devoid of logic. Religion is adhering to a system of beliefs. Your system of belief is having faith in Jesus and God and belief in and following the bible, correct? That is religion. What do you call it? You are talking about denominations of Christianity when you bring up Catholicism and Protestantism. Christianity, whether you go to a building to worship or not, is a religion.

  • @DJSteadyState That's just it. I don't believe in the Bible, and I see God and Jesus rather differently than most Christians and I interact with them differently as well. Religion is the supposed standards one must adhere to in order to "properly" believe in a deity. Besides, the "Christian" god isn't the only deity I believe in and interact with. Religion is man-made. The deity is not.

  • Lets think about this, When God Say man can do all things through HIM (Philippians 4:13), no man should be busy. See busy is a negative word, Busy means I can do something, Or I can't Help you right now, so if a man truly has God in his heart Busy doing something else will never surface. It is not by works that WE make God love us, But by the GRACE OF GOD that HE will love us if we sincerely surrender to him, and with HIS LOVE and HIM we can do all thing through him.

  • God no longer listen to men ,when he's praying Oh Lord,Oh Lord,Oh Lord,Oh Lord over and over again.

Rather God will favor man,as soon as men admits he's not God.

  • religion is a prop, you went to college to learn this bull shit, how bout you be tough guy, shut the fuck up, stand in your own house n be proud! Jesus hates you.

  • @tanky5000 I'm extremely heart broken for you. Jesus loves you and him. I left my life of negativity as an Atheist when God called me, no drugs were used or anything of the sort. I finally shut my ignorant mouth and listened and found out that I was lied to about Jesus. I did not go to college to learn about Christianity. I'm a Chaplain Assistant in the Army and I have to study the bible and it's hilarious hearing Atheists try to quote the bible. Pick one up brother, praying for you.

  • Spirit Juice? WTF. Nerd.

  • @tanky5000 hes a priest from chicago

  • Sickest priest know to man, doing a rap for Christ

  • Hmmm

  • I just couldn't take it seriously when I realized they call themselves "spirit juice" .... uh wtf?

  • jesus was a jew. he at no time left his religion, his new church would have been based in jewish law. jesus at no time said the jewish law was wrong . only through jesus can you enter heaven. jesus = jewish , all other religion are heresys .

    jewish

  • @macnefrititi Im going to tell him you said that.

  • @jacval60 have you been to a Catholic church?

  • @TannerDaPreecher Catholic is the original Christianity!!!!

  • @14alonso88 Kraft is the real american cheese!

  • @neverforgiving in relation to your "how is the universe still expanding if energy cannot be created?" think of a glass of water if I pour it on the floor it will spread out. This is what happens with energy

  • You can't use a Catholic point of view because he is commingle from a Christian point of view. And by defenition Catholicism is its own form of faith and doesn't fall under a branch of Christianity. Learn your facts. Because all of you knocking the video and saying its wrong are ignorant because the Bible backs up EVERYTHING he said in that video

  • @TannerDaPreecher You're a fucking idiot, Catholicism was, and still is, the first form of Christianity that Jesus himself taught! All other Protestant religions (within Christianity of course) were all just people creating heresy, for the most part at least. How about you Learn your facts before stating false claims? effing retards now a days.

  • You are so right! Martin Luther & Henry VIII were the first "real" "protestants" because they had a powerful "following" in both religious and secular spheres of influence. (Martin Luther had the Northern German princes, Henry VIII had an entire country) Both were personal attacks on the Church for not having their OWN selfish wishes adhered to. Luther was offered SEVERAL peace offers from the Church; he refused. Henry had the marriage of his dead brother annuled, married/widow.truth is strange

  • how are you treating black community in Chicago as a church....?

  • your lazzy wat you mean buzy

  • Didn't Jesus tell us not to hate, not to judge - but to love?

  • Most Religions are no better than Government they are in it for the money they receive from their congregation. I have yet to witness any church putting a effort into helping the starving, helping people that are going through financial burdens. If these religions really believed in God they would help those in need. Because Jesus if your brother or sister is in need give them what they need. And we are all brother and sisters trough Christ.

  • @jacval60 Wrong love is true we love but us give them money isnt the way we show it

  • Jefferson is better!

  • @MaHaRushie

The clarity is this: any Catholic in good standing should always maintain and keep within the rules of the Church first and the government second. I say this because as you said, the government's laws will inevitably change over time, sometimes to against Catholic teaching. Nevertheless, in regards to the sin, it comes down to whether you are committing the sin personally and in full awareness or not. I hope this is clear.

  • @MaHaRushie

With the notion that it is what an average person would do. Laws do change, and it is interesting that you bring up abortion since it is one of those things that the Catholic Church will never change its stance on. As for what you asked, yes, supporting abortion IS a sin, but it you must also keep in mind that sins are divided into both minor and severe ones. Carrying out an abortion is a severe sin that results in auto-excommunication. Supporting it is a minor sin.

  • @MaHaRushie

The 4th Commandment is "Honor your mother and father," but it is not only your parents, but includes those in authority where you live. Thus, if you knowingly steal (which is against the law), you are in violation of this Commandment (and also the one about not stealing).

I admit that I was caught off guard by your comments on slavery and I will retract my previous statement about "anchored in morality" and correct it to "anchored in common human sense," with the notion

  • Catholic religious never fooled by others

  • @uocana1 Islam can do that honey

  • In the Bible, the word "church" is defined as a group of believers and not the actual building.

  • we all can forgive each other gor our sins, but we need to seek the aproval from Jehovah

  • This is the coolest priest know to man

  • How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

  • love the idol of mary....wait didnt God say dont worship Idols

  • @revelationow

Just like to Protestants, bread and wine are "symbols" as is the empty cross. The word "symbols" are explicitly in the Bible. So I suppose worshipping any of these are sinful behaviour and wrong?

  • @revelationow Catholics don't "worship" Mary. Where to protestants get this crap? Do they talk about it every week. Its lame, OK.

I bet your going to bring up the old standby call no man father, too.

  • Just think; the man in this video makes a living off of reading a barbaric book to people and telling them a being that lives in the clouds created man from dirt and woman from one of his ribs. He tells people snakes talk, that men have lived for hundreds of years, that evolution is false and that loving another man is sin. What a low life. Quit lying to people.

  • @chillinLikeAG6

Do your research buddy. The Church evolves as much as science has. Nobody in Catholicism proper will ever claim evolution is false, and that being attracted to another man is a sin.

  • @chillinLikeAG6

Tell me, so how did humans come to exist? In fact, I will ask you how the Big Bang came to exist? The amount of energy that causes the Universe to continually expand MUST be stored in a container large enough to have the collective energy of ALL the planets, stars, elements AND atoms in the known universe. First Law of Conservation: Energy can't be created or destroyed. So how is the Universe still expanding if energy can't be created?

  • @chillinLikeAG6

Finally, nobody is telling anybody to listen to anybody. You don't have to listen to the Priest or anybody else for that matter. In the same way that I could say that gravity doesn't exist, but that doesn't mean its true.

  • @chillinLikeAG6 Wow your ignorance is breath taking. Catholics don't believe most of the stuff you mentioned.

And YOU are accusing OTHERS of lying.

  • He's is speaking about false religion. Christianity and Catholicism are pretty much the same thing. We have the same God therefore Catholicism is not considered false religion.

  • do you follow Paul or Jesus ?!

  • @IamMuhammad Paul instructs the Church (body of Christ) to follow and believe in Jesus. His role as an apostle was to preach, teach and equip believers in Jesus Christ. Paul was a ferocious intellect, that people used the law to gain their own salvation. However, Paul counter-argues that faith in Christ alone saves sinners from condemination.

  • @Lavulo187

In the acts as I understood, Paul and other apostles had differences about the necessity of observing the law or abolishing it, apparently law was origingally followed and applied . Paul invented the concept of 'atonement ' to unleash people from the restraints of Sin. Or how would God, the most just, forgive all people those who did good and those who did bad the same? . Paul hated Jesus, and this is why he worked hardly to distort original christianity as seen in his epistels

  • @IamMuhammad i dont think Paul hated Jesus. If he did, why would he devote half of his life preaching about Christ? why would he chose to be persecuted and in chains for someone if he hated him?Paul did not invent the concept of atonement, it was a revelation. The OT prophesied the comming of Christ to fulfill the law--Paul knew that and argued using the OT laws to show that God set the laws for Christ to restore humanity from sin.

  • @IamMuhammad Paul boasted so much about Christ that its impossible to dispute that he hated Christ.

  • @IamMuhammad, Yes there was a point when Paul (originally Saul) hated Jesus. As a younger man he devoted his life to Judaism before he had met Jesus. Post conversion however, Paul loved Jesus, He fought fervently for the church. Heck, he wrote 13 books of the New Testament. Paul like the law, like Pontifex said, there are guidelines. Paul's issue was the forcing of the law (like circumcision) to be Christian. What Paul really disliked was lies and false preaching.

  • Some people can benefit from religion. My benefit is 'keeping my belief in Jesus not to fade by hearing the weekly preaching (homily) or merely going to church every Sunday.

I am yours in God through Jesus Christ.

  • @amickus atheism is a religion. just like the rest of them. religion is a label. i dont have a religion. i have my faith in jesus christ and god. what do all of you have? differnt things you do in service? seperating people? i believe in the bible. not this and that. jesus's word... thats all i need. not someone to tell me i have to do communion or be under certain circumstances.

  • @jcbabeh

Jesus instituted communion and He commanded us to "do this in memory of me", so what are you saying? He also told us to repent, which would be pointless if we are all going to Heaven regardless of how much sin we have in our life.

So..if Jesus' Word is all you need, where does the Bible say that? Find the verse that says the Bible is the only thing you need, explicitly, and please quote it. I'll save you the time: such a verse doesn't exist. No verse explicitly states it

  • are you clear in what you are speaking...

  • Religion(S) are are WRONG. - The Word of GOD is NOT a Religion.

Christianity is the most closest to the truth, but doesn't reach the whole Truth of GOD.

Meaning: Christians are INFANTS in CHRIST. - Become Aware and GROW.

Visit Profile/Blog and click label: Religions

  • We have not forgotten the Inquisition, we have not forgotten the "Holy wars" or the Ushtashi priests, or the baseless doctrines which contradicts God's Holy Word.

  • @jxmhxbxhxb1 Those thing has not much to do with religion or God. It is the same old. Rich poeple with a lot of power abusing it and wanting more. With or without religion people has done the same.

  • @jxmhxbxhxb1 Huh you're bringing up inquisitions? WTF That happened over 600 years ago on the other side of the planet.

    Troll.

  • To the one who is on the Video: So Catholics say the love Jesus, but have you ever heard Jesus worship or promote idols? Mary worship? Salvation through good works? Read the Bible! Religion shows us the way? John 14:6 Jesus is THE ONLY WAY. The Bible shows us what Jesus did and how Jesus did it, not religion which your priests have perverted.Hebrews 13:11 - And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:

  • @jxmhxbxhxb1 You spread the same lies on the other video. Shame on you!

  • @jxmhxbxhxb1

How many times do I have to retype this:

Okay so Jesus says not to worship or promote idols. Say He said that (which He didn't, since God's Word told us that). Why would He institute your communion of bread and wine, which is a "symbol" to Protestants? I might note that the word "symbol" appears in Bible text, and that Catholics believe that Communion is NOT a symbol.

  • Religion is horse shit. That is all

  • @skillo93 Then move to an atheist country like Cuba.

  • We don't need to go to a priest and ask for forgiveness. Jesus died on the cross for us to have a personal relationship with him.... We don't need religion to be forgiven Jesus said "It is Finished"

Just have faith and Him and ask Him to be your Lord and Saviour and You will receive Everlasting Life1

  • First of all the message of Why I Hate Religion, And Love Jesus || Spoken Word is a direct comparison to the catholic faith.... Every time my catholic friends feel like they did something bad.. the first thing i hear from them is " I need to go to church and confess" That is a direct hit to Jesus.... Why? Because Jesus the son of God died in the cross to forgive us for our sins and have eternal life. Thats one of the catholic religion's fault.

  • @socceraddict2 Going to church and confess, is a confession to God, not to the priest.

  • @Rvat1, what are you talking about?. talking to a priest about your sins is not wrong, but have them to be forgiving is only to God.

  • @OoMostHighoO

The Priests forgives sin on behalf of God, it is a Sacrament that the Priest administers because God has given us the grace of forgiveness. There is no doubt God forgives, but that does not mean that we can go and sin our hearts out without consequence. We should still lead Holy lives and every time we sin we remove ourselves from God. Confession allows God to remove those sins and restore our grace. The Priest is only the person who facilitates this.

  • @socceraddict2

Jesus also forgave the sins of MANY individuals in the Bible. Why did He do that if He was going to forgive the world of everybody's sins? And then why did Jesus breathe on the disciples and say "Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained." John 20:22-23

What's the point of Jesus doing that then? Confession is important for admitting fault and to cleanse one of sins we commit

  • @Prov358 Thanks brother, but I already have the Holy Spirit in my life. May God reveal to you the Truth. God Bless.

  • Should be a new rule in video responses: If you don't talk about the video your responding to in :30 seconds then you have nothing worth listening too.

  • umm did he even talk about the whole thing?? that was short O_o

  • ypur busy....?

  • @liquidviperx.... But The church isn't religion... This man said he hates religion not the church and relegion doesn't save u... Jesus does

  • Hail Satan.

  • You came to defend what you stand/believe in, you defended your "mother and the church" you came in response from a Catholic perspective in humility and spirit of love.

Your message of zeal/passion was for people to understand and to defend your beliefs. Though it sounds like you are on the side of Jesus and His Love, when He cried out it was finished, it was when religion's hold could be broken, it was when the body of christ begun. His love for ALL.(the church = the body of christ)

  • you could've fed an entire african village for years on end for the price that it cost to build that retarded church

  • @FlickTheeBean how about you? what have you done to help the poor? huh? what?

  • @jadetiger88888 Well personally i would use those cute little collection baskets that you pass around to help the poor. not to remodel your pretty little catholic church. im sure that your 'god' would greatly appreciate the effort put forth to make the world a better place. the money your church possesses could better the world on a massive scale. but it builds palaces instead. to "praise" the lord. It's sad really.

  • @FlickTheeBean

In the same way that government "collects" taxes to "benefit" the people right? As you probably know in your mind, maintenance is not cheap. Nobody says you can't donate to the homeless man on the street, but ask yourself if you do every time you pass one of those people. Come to think of it, ask yourself if you even pass a second eye on him or her. I know I don't, and I'm ashamed of it. Don't even have to talk about God here.

  • @FlickTheeBean So. Your comment is ignorant. Are you suggesting that people should not built beautiful art to honor things we love and admire? Are you against ALL art?

Being Catholic means helping the poor but it also means worshiping God.

  • @MaHaRushie And that's where your logic is flawed. your "god" doesn't give a shit about art. if he exists praise him in a way that is morally substantial to the bible. sorry im ignorant for being open minded? im not againt art. im against a church that has all the money in the world to make the world a better place but builds THE FUCKING VATICAN INSTEAD. not to say any other religion is any better. simply a means of social control. and it seems to work somewhat so i wont complain.

  • @FlickTheeBean Dude. Helping the poor is just ONE of the many things Catholics do. As people we need to allow ourselves the time and the resources to actually worship God. Duh.

Why are you fixating on the poor anyway? In almost every recent poll I have seen, the poor countries are happier than the rich countries. Is it all about redistributing the wealth with you?

  • I got a question? why all the responses from catholics ? are they feeling a little burned, or could it be there unsure of there doctrine , defensive posture implies GUILT..

  • @fatboysporty1 no we have to educate ignorant people making videos that have a lot of flash but NO SUBSTANCE

  • He got his point across 19 million times and counting.

  • @jadetiger88888 religion has NO SUBSTANCE.

  • @msswift08 EXACTLY!! I AGREE

  • @fatboysporty1 Maybe it's because their is a realization of the truth and passion to defend it. Only speaking for myself, I am absolutely certain that I'm closest to Jesus in the Catholic Church. I've been to many churches.

  • @fatboysporty1 There is tons of misinformation out there. Should we sit back and let others label us incorrectly???

  • @MaHaRushie NO you shouldnt your right, but at the same time you have labeled yourself. and allowed man to put his brand on you. HE WHOM THE SON SETS FREE IS FREE IN DEED. :) if you want to talk more about it message me in private and I will explain. other wise God Bless you be well...

  • @fatboysporty1 tell me who is the church of god

  • Comment removed

  • @fatboysporty1 son, know jusus? wrong. jusus only call son those that are baptize in the name of jusus. who is jusus the god manifested in flesh why? who could have the power to save the entire humanity from eternal death. god

  • Wait, didn't Jesus love religion? Oh right! He did! All of you religion haters are idiots and don't know what you're talking about.

  • This is a silly attempt to silence the truth

  • @annedoh ill be honest, i used to have this massive hate for gays, i guess becuase i figured it was wrong or some stupid shit. Im a catholic, and i just cant see how a religion based on 'love' can discriminate so much. So on behalf of all these descriminative idiots, im sorry.

  • @TheBosnianCroat you are right about the hypocrisy of Christians who preach love but hate. I'm Catholic and I know in my heart that Jesus loves my gay brothers and sisters in Christ just as much as He loves me. Jesus commands that we love our neighbors. To hate them bc they are committing sins is hating God. I thank God everyday bc He loves me despite my sins! Pray for them and b careful to not fall in the trap of hating a whole group bc then you are being just like them.

  • @TheBosnianCroat "love the sinner hate the sin" is the position, champ.

And how does the Church discriminate against gays?

  • @TheBosnianCroat Would it be discrimnating in your warped mind if the Church said to a pedophile that their behavior is sinful or a drug addict?

  • @MaHaRushie

A pedophile's behaviour IS sinful if he or she chooses to act on unlawful behaviour. A drug addict, in the position of the Church is only sinning if his or her addiction cannot be controlled or he or she didn't make an effort to curb it. Similarly to how a mentally retarded individual cannot commit sin because he or she isn't aware of it.

With regard to the homosexuality issue, it is not a sin to identify with sexual orientations, it IS a sin to act out on it.

  • @neverforgiving The only problem I have with your post is your mention of "unlawful". That has no bearing on whether Catholics consider it to be sinful or not.

  • @MaHaRushie

My apologies, I assumed you were familiar with what Catholics consider to be sins and sinful behaviour (they are different).

Many modern laws can be considered to be anchored in morality, which is what separates sins from graces. For example, stealing is against the law, which is also a sin. In addition to these "common knowledge" sins, knowingly disobeying the law is ALSO a sin itself, thus pedophilia is unlawful and thus is a sin. Hope this is clear.

  • @neverforgiving "knowingly disobeying the law is ALSO a sin itself". You need to explain this. Slavery was once legal, Jim Crowe laws, abortion is legal are you saying that opposing these things is a sin. I'd like to see where you get that info. In my view these laws are NOT anchored in morality.

  • The Lord Jesus said except a man is born again of the water & the Spirit he shall in no wise see the Kingdom the of God (Gospel of John 3) The road to destruction is broad, while the road to eternal life & peace is narrow;few there be who find it. If any man calls himself a disciple of Jesus then he must take up his own cross & follow Him. In Love & Peace Jesus says to you ALL: He is the way to life & peace -- anyone who tries to come another way to the Father, our Creator is a thief & liar.

  • Jesus was aware that he was God also not just a messenger
