They started 09 probably the day 08 was shipped, you make the game, make any changes and then a week before shipping you update the rosters and package it. Then the first week of the season a roster update comes out and they start working on NHL X...way cooler than NHL10

they wont make more money, people dont bother buying the new games for ps2 (or at least they shouldnt). ps2 has gotten as good as its gonna get, each new game is the same as the last.

yeah pro mode sounds fun but haaard its always zooming in on your character and you actually have to sit on the bench and stuff but its probably only for 360 and ps3 so ima need to save up :P

Wow Tyson, you must have been hit in the head too many times.
Why would they start developing a game in the pre-season? The game wouldn't be out until the playoffs.
They started 09 probably the day 08 was shipped, you make the game, make any changes and then a week before shipping you update the rosters and package it. Then the first week of the season a roster update comes out and they start working on NHL X...way cooler than NHL10

my favorite part is at 0:39 where the guy almost gets the puck in the face making a dangerous shot block.

for all of your information i have played every NHL game out there this one looks the most iproved from the time i had played mlb the show where you start off in the lower teams in carrear mode i wanted that in nhl games well now is the time it is called "pro mode" you create a player and start off in the AHL and work your way up you have to play smart how long your guy stays on the ice to what position i am looking foward to this game i am a huge hockey fan if you want to talk hockey message me
