The problem is most people don't understand the time, effort and amount of skill is needed to do a nice graffiti piece. Not everyone can just pick up a can of paint and do something amazing. it takes time and skill to develop good letter structure and can control.

hmm this would be saving their asses in a way because it would save them over 70% of the annual budget every year by putting the coating on. wouldnt have to pay as much to remove your shit because they could do it themselves. all they need is a wet rag or a garden hose to remove it. their janitor or grounds keeper could do it. its already been a success on a few buildings that would be tagged within a day or 2 after its removed. they gave up because its gone b4 they wake up in the morning.
