try the gallon hour challenge you drink a gallon of milk under a hour and try to hold it for 15 minutes we did it at church lol the only person how could do it held it for 5 min and threw it all up one guy threw up blood but hes okay its amazing and fun to do sadly i cant do it because well im allergic to milk but try it sometime with a bunch of your friends:)
