yes...to learn to play or play better practice twice a day...it's like God gives you twice as many days to learn...this method really works...great advice from a great player...I've done this and I've made leaps and bounds of progress

he's talking about setting up hours to practice, where you're not gonna be bothered by anyone, when you can just play.
