I don't think they are tritones at all. Also, the fast part is definitely LESS complicated. Bobby just slieds up the mains notes then slides away... pretty much copies the bass part. It's the synth that makes all those fast sound notes. But yeah, this way is much more badass. After all, it does say "cover of" and not "exact riff to this song".

I love this kid's videos! Really gave me a better appreciation of the Locust guitar parts. I actually listen to albums all the way through now!

I disagree with venusasaboy. I've seen Bobby Bray play this song a million times....I actually think the "fast" part is less complicated. It sounds like you mixed the bass and guitar together....which sounds really badass. I call tritones angular augments, and playing the song that way just doesn't sound right. Bravo!
