  • すっごい!この犬のアニメーションは最高だ!

  • How did I get here from watching Football videos?! :S

  • Lol who makes a skeleton for a model without making the model. To me, these all look like presets that come with the "Character Animation Toolkit" (aka CAT Tools) which comes available to everyone in 3ds max, and that you've only tweaked slightly. But oh well, i invite you to prove me wrong.

  • Also what makes me believe this is a CAT Tool preset, is that if you look at where the front feet land for example, its always at the exact same coordinates in relation to the ground, so again to me that says its generated by one of the running loop presets in CAT's animation layer manager.

  • I'm kind of missing some animation on the head.. It makes some poppin in the shoulder area

  • do you speak japan and english or just english or japan?

  • REally helpful! Thanks!

  • The foot strike sequence is either

rt hind, left hind & rt front (simultaneously or nearly so), then left front.... OR

left hind, rt hind & left front (simultaneously or nearly so), then right front

I think you have the foot strike sequence wrong? That is critical to correct depiction of this movement

  • If only I could read the characters in the description. :/

    Amazing animation btw! ^^

  • @Rxypup It says: Animation of the running cycle of the dog.

But the same content as the video (it already off) before the same title was UP, UP will re-edition HD picture quality so bad.

I think that it is easy to see because there is no slow motion blur like last time.

Looking at the slow right leg had slipped behind (^ ^

  • @Kittykool789 Thx for the translation. :)

  • @Rxypup No problem. :)

  • Just fabulous and the slower parts are cool.

  • Thank you this is very helpful

  • how did you make it into a animation i know how to make models but not thaT BIT OF ANIMATION :p

  • Really good but the dog's head is too stable and upright.

  • Thank you so much! I am trying to learn the concept of animation (particularly run cycles) and this really helped. Thank you!

  • i like that even when it goes faster its smooth...this looks great...

  • Agree, the head is too stiff, should move more

  • awesome!

  • I love the animation! Really awesome!

Did you make a longer version of your song used in this video? I can't stop listening to the music, it's nice! If you still have it, could you put it up for public download somewhere? Thank you, hope you reply. c:

  • All I know is how to move a 'person's' skeleton on two feet. I'm pretty sure you turned the skeleton camera off for your final piece. How did you make an animal skeleton?

Cool job by the way, keep it up : )

  • the head needs to move more lol

  • He or she looks kind of cat-ish in the running. That is amazing! I'm not saying it's bad but it does look a bit cat like. Maybe I'm just to tired. Eh. It is so epic how you slowed it down then back to normal as you pan in and out and circle around. =D

  • amazing

  • If you do a Great Dane, they have a horse gait, not a dog gait.

  • OMFG U'RE AWESOME!

  • Really awesome made, Only thing is you need to make the spine move more harmonicly, It's supposed to move like a wave, all the way from the neck, and down to the end of the tail.

  • awwwwwwwwwwwwsoooooooooooooooome

  • Epic on so many levels.

  • Creepy... But aweshum!

I am sorry that I cannot reply to all.

  • nice

  • that is awesome it looks cool too

  • That is amazing!

  • うわー、偉大なアニメーション

  • hey, what program did you use to make this? it would help me out alot if I knew, thanks ^^

  • What software did you use to make the music? I really need software to make music...

  • After the dog's feet touch the ground, the whole body should launch slightly into the air rather than stay level throughout the whole animation. It should appear to be doing quick and gently leaps as that is what running is.

  • Fantastic : D Add some head and shoulder movement with a bit of motion blur and you're good to go!

  • FANTASTIC!!

  • you nailed the leg and spine movement. The head should do more to balance the body, though.

  • awesome!!!!

  • You are really good to make animation's

  • program?

  • Go Liger Zero!

  • That was awsome! =O

  • very very really nice work

  • Absolutely - Brilliant.

  • @DrakeCreator Thank you.

  • Do you know the name of the song you used?

  • @101Eevee101 I made with music software.

  • whats the program?can you teach me creating something like this?

  • @DrakeCreator It is key animation. not a program. I wrote it to the Japanese magazine about this animation. I do not understand whether the magazine is still sold.

  • @MasahiroUshiyama I think he's asking what program you used to animate the dog......and weather or not you'll teach him to animate.

  • cool

  • Thank you.

  • @MasahiroUshiyama you're welcome!

but everything is very awesome, it's going to be helpful for people who really like dogs and this can be a very good reference.. maybe you can watch a dog running in real form and the head will usually go down but this amazing great work!

  • very cool !!!

  • Thank you

  • Very good animation, you could tweak it more to add a more professional look, there is some weight and timing problems, also it looks robotic, try to give personality to it.

  • Thank you for comment.
