  • Another soul lost

  • So why do Mormons say they believe in the Bible....yet it states in the Bible in Revelation 22:18-19 a rather harsh punishment for adding to or taking away from the Book of Life (the Bible). If you believe in the Bible and what it says then Joesph Smith is not in a very good place right now for teaching his words as a doctine...2 Peter 2:1-3 (If your a Mormon then fine...but dont say you preach the word of Jesus Christ because you dont believe in the Bible or its teachings)

  • @777Luluseven Are you really going to pull that "argument" on me? You know how many people use that "argument" and then get it slammed back into their faces? If you go by your logic, then John and every other writer of the NT was at fault cause the same thing was said in Deutronomy. Thus, the NT is false doctrine. That aside, John was only referring to the Book of Revelation.

  • @WhyImMormon I almost forgot what I asked. You think John was refering to his book, but is a coincidence that it just so happens to be the last book in the Bible?Plus the fact that Rev. states the ending of our world as we know it.Is there really more to add?Anyhow its more the fact of how, and by who the BoM was written and what it pertains to.Its outlandish to say the least and I have done more research on the LDS that I like..so I know. Politician Prophects, militias, sounds like Gods work.

  • @777Luluseven Of course John is referring to Revelation! Know your Biblical history! Even common sense knows this-the Bible as we know it, was complied and edited to this format. Historically, the Book of Revelation was written BEFORE many other letters and books in the NT. So by your logic, that would mean those books are false. Again, you are way off base because Deut 4:2 says. Dude, research Biblical history and get rid of your dumb arguments.

  • This is the church of jesus christ of later day saints

  • This is a "different" Mormonism than the one I was born and raised in.

  • How do you get away with wearing that facial hair?

If you are "sinful and unclean", what right do you have to preach to me on being "like Christ"?

Do you think you are "better" or "chosen" or more "spiritually advantaged" in ANY way than any other "fundy" or "Born Again"

    follower of Jesus Christ?

  • God bless!!!!!!!

  • What can you possibly add to the work of Christ?

  • Christ added His testimony on the American Continent. God sent prophets to other places to testify of His Son. "Other sheep I have which are not of this fold."

  • I'm mormon

  • Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us through the veil, that is to say his flesh, (Hebrews 10:19,20)

  • I really don't get your point with this one? I know we "enter into the holiest by the blood of Christ."

  • Chris must have felt inspired to basically put up all the missionary discussions on youtube as a means of proselytizing. Same as I feel inspired to leave this comment that he needs to leave Mormonism to find real happiness in the arms of Jesus Christ. I'm praying for you brother!

  • Wow, you must have been out of the Church a long time. We don't have discussions, but rather lessons. And I did use them for a base for my videos. Why? Because they are the underlying principles needed to understand and gain a testimony of Christ and His Church.

  • Hey buddy, ive tested my faith, i have struggled and fought with the ideals of the church. you don't know the personal struggles i have fought and currently fight to overcome. But every time i struggle, Christ gives me the strength and comfort i need. ive read all of your comments on these videos and i feel sorry for you i know that the church is true and i know that through Christ's atonement we can all be saved. now you can pray for him but how long has it been since you've prayed for yourself

  • @xxeffe

The Mormon Church teaches its members to "Search, Ponder and Pray". Well I have searched via research on both sides and its led me to ponder about how I was raised to believe a lie. I don't need to waste God's time asking him if something I know to be false is false. God gave us brains for a reason.

  • You're not wasting his time, he wants to talk to you, you're his son and he's your father. trust me, i believed i wasn't worthy enough to talk to him, then i believed i was just wasting his time, until i finally decided i would pray. i was answered in my heart and i know that the church is true and teaches truth. but i can't tell you, you must find out for your own. the still small voice will answer, you just need to listen

  • "Jesus Atonement was to fill in the gaps where we fell short"

First you need to explain LDS atonement, the Garden of Gethsemane or on the Bible view of atonement on the Cross?

Gaps where we fell short... all have fallen short of the glory or righteousness requirements God, no one is righteous no not one, no one will be justified by the works of the Law, but we are saved by Grace Alone through Faith Alone, Not Of Works, so no one can boast!
