According to the previews that I've seen, I think this will happen:

Dubaku tries to get away with Marika while Jack and Renee chase them.Marika then suddenly steers the wheel, so the car crashes and flips over.Jack and Renee on the scene decide to rescue badly injured Dubaku rather than Marika, because he is obviously more ''valuable''.While draging Dubaku away from the car, explosion occurs and kills Marika in the car. This steep price then effects on Renee.
